灌州· 聚力｜做青春赛道上的奋力奔跑者 Strive Fearlessly in the Race of Youth

      每年的五月四日，我们迎来了属于青年的节日——五四青年节。这不仅是一个纪念历史的日子，更是激励新时代青年前行的时刻。五四运动所传递的爱国、进步、民主、科学精神，至今仍然激励着一代又一代的青年人。

五四青年节

      五四青年节来临之际，都江堰市灌州小学校学术厅内洋溢着青春与理想的热烈氛围。全体教师齐聚一堂，共同参与四川省教师发展中心副主任崔勇带来的专题培训《做青春赛道上的奋力奔跑者》。崔勇老师以五四精神为脉络，结合新时代教育使命，为全体教师们带来了一场思想深刻、催人奋进的交流。

      On April 29th, all teachers of Guanzhou Primary School convened to participate in the specialized training session titled "Strive Fearlessly in the Race of Youth," delivered by Mr. Cui Yong, Deputy Director of the Sichuan Provincial Teacher Development Center. Drawing upon the spirit of May Fourth as a guiding thread and integrating it with the educational mission of the new era, Mr. Cui Yong provided a profound and inspiring exchange for all the teachers.

      崔勇副主任带领全体教师重温历年来习近平总书记对青年一代的殷切寄语：“青春理想、青春活力、青春奋斗，是中国精神和中国力量的生命力所在。”青年教师要将个人理想融入民族复兴伟业，做“心有大我、至诚报国”的教育践行者。

      Young teachers are encouraged to integrate their personal aspirations into the grand endeavor of national rejuvenation, striving to become educators who embody "a broad mind and utmost sincerity in serving the country."

      崔勇副主任对我校青年教师提出四点具体要求，现场引发强烈共鸣。做阅读的领跑者，带领学生“多读书、读好书”让书香浸润校园；做尊师的模范者，以“大先生”为榜样，传承尊师重教传统，用自身言行诠释“学高为师、身正为范”；做敬业的劳动者 ，聚焦“双减”背景下的课堂改革，探索项目式学习、跨学科融合等创新路径；做守规的践行者，严守师德红线，以《新时代中小学教师职业行为十项准则》为标尺，言传身教树标杆。

      Director Cui Yong presented four specific requirements for young teachers. Be leaders in reading, guiding students to "read extensively and selectively," Serve as role models in respecting educators, exemplifying the "Great Teacher" ethos, promoting the tradition of valuing education, and demonstrating through actions the principle that "A teacher should be both knowledgeable and upright."  Devote themselves as diligent workers, focusing on classroom reform under the backdrop of "double reduction," exploring innovative pathways such as project-based learning and cross-disciplinary integration. Act as practitioners adhering to regulations, strictly observing the ethical red line, and upholding the "Ten Professional Conduct Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the New Era" as a benchmark for behavior.

      此次培训既是思想的洗礼，更是行动的号角。

      灌州小学全体教师将继续怀揣教育初心，在青春赛道上奋力奔跑，用爱与智慧点亮学生心灵，为灌州小学的教育高质量发展注入动能！

      This training not only served as a spiritual purification but also acted as a clarion call to action. The entire faculty of Guanzhou Primary School will remain steadfast in educational mission, strive diligently on the path of youth, illuminate the hearts of students with love and wisdom, and contribute momentum to the high-qualitydevelopment of education at Guanzhou Primary School!
