灌州· 教研｜我校开展AI赋能教育-人工智能赋能教学研修活动 AI Teaching Training

      为推进人工智能与教育教学深度融合，探索智慧课堂创新路径，我校于近日举办“AI赋能教育”专题研修活动。清华大学继教院国培专家、青湖教育科学研究院吴亚滨院长受邀指导，全校教师围绕语文、数学、英语四节示范课展开深度研讨，通过AI技术赋能教学诊断与优化，助力课堂提质增效。

      Our school recently organized a special "AI in Education" training workshop. Dean Wu Yabin was invited to provide guidance, and all faculty members engaged in in-depth discussions centered around four exemplary lessons in Chinese, Mathematics, and English. 

      活动中，专家团队基于AI分析报告，对王宇老师《“贝”的故事》、扈正敏老师《分数乘法（二）》、王小霞老师《分数乘法（三）》及英语王立老师《Are you doing your homework?》进行多维度解析。通过智能反馈系统精准识别认知盲区，动态调整教学节奏；融合步态分析技术，实时监测学生语言互动状态，结合布鲁姆认知层次设计分层任务，促进语言能力与思维品质协同发展。

      During the event, the expert team conducted a multidimensional analysis of the four teachers' classroom performance based on AI-generated assessment reports. 

      同时，吴亚滨院长结合课堂数据提出学校可继续构建技术赋能生态，搭建课堂AI分析平台，实现教学行为与学生成长的可视化关联。

      Meanwhile, Dean Wu Yabin proposed leveraging classroom data to further develop a technology-enabled ecosystem. He suggested establishing an AI-powered classroom analytics platform to visualize the correlation between teaching practices and student development. 

      未来，我校将持续深化AI技术与教学场景的融合创新，贯通“智能备课—实时诊断—个性反馈”全链条，通过常态化研修机制培育“智慧型教师”，探索差异化、个性化的教育新样态，为区域教育数字化转型提供实践范本。

      Moving forward, our school will deepen the integration of AI technologies into teaching scenarios, providing a practical model for regional educational digital transformation.
