灌州· 均衡｜四川省张小强卓越校长工作室成员和宣汉县师源外国语小学教师赴我校跟岗学习Training in Our School

      在教育改革不断深化的当下，为推动教师专业成长，促进教育资源共享，4月7日都江堰市灌州小学迎来了四川省张小强卓越校长工作室成员和宣汉县师源外国语小学的教师们，共同开展为期一周的跟岗培训活动。

      To promote the professional growth of teachers and facilitate the sharing of educational resources, our school and visiting teachers jointly conducted a one week training activity on April 7th.

      跟岗学习教师团队在马校长的带领下，聆听红领巾志愿者解说，参观校园。移步间，校园一草一木、一砖一瓦皆彰显“至善向美”办学理念，给来访教师留下了深刻印象。 

      Under the leadership of Principal Ma， the team of teachers who followed the post visited the school campus through the explanation of volunteers with red scarves of the school. The visiting teachers felt the educational philosophy of our school during the visit.

      开班仪式上，马校长真挚的欢迎辞，如春风化雨，瞬间拉近了彼此的距离，随后教师发展中心李书主任明确了跟岗工作安排，为后续学习筑牢根基。

      At the opening ceremony, Principal Ma delivered a welcome speech, followed by Director Li Shu clarifying the one week follow-up work arrangement.

      紧接着，马校长带来主题讲座《弘扬践行教育家精神，做人民教育砺行者》，深度解读教育理念，如明灯照亮教师前行之路。

      Principal Ma brings a themed lecture to deeply interpret educational concepts.

      李坤副校长聚焦于《课程视域下的作业重构》，主张借助生活资源创设情境化任务，为教师们开拓了作业设计的全新思路。

      Vice Principal Li Kun focuses on homework design and advocates using life resources to create situational tasks, opening up new ideas for teachers in homework design.

      学校心理健康教育专职教师白柯开展了《未雨绸缪，转危为机》的专题讲座。她从影响学生心理发展的因素切入，列举小学生常见心理问题，分享应对措施与危机干预方法，干货满满，助力老师们掌握更多心理健康知识，提升心理问题干预能力。

      Psychological teacher Bai Ke conducted a psychological lecture. She starts from the factors that affect students' psychological development, lists common psychological problems among primary school students, and shares coping measures and crisis intervention methods

      马校长和张小强卓越校长工作室成员开展“校长悟道：我的成长之路”交流活动。工作室成员围坐研讨，校长分享成长经验，成员互动交流，共探教育管理智慧，助力教育高质量发展。

      Principal Ma and Principal Zhang's studio members communicate with each other. The members of the studio gathered around to discuss, the principal shared their growth experiences, and the members interacted and exchanged ideas, working together to promote the high-quality development of education.

      我校还特邀四川省教育科学研究院科学教育研究所所长郭斌，为跟岗老师带来《科学教育赋能学校未来》讲座。此次讲座，将为跟岗教师打开新思路，注入新活力，共同探索科学教育新路径。

      Director Guo Bin gave a lecture to the teachers who participated in the training. This lecture will open up new ideas and inject new vitality for the teachers participating in the training, and jointly explore new paths in science education.

      分学科培训环节，跟岗教师积极参与各学科组教学研讨，观摩教研活动并亲身实践。灌州小学教师真诚分享，为跟岗教师答疑解惑，促进双方共同成长。

      During the subject specific training session, participating teachers actively participate in teaching and discussion sessions for each subject group. Our school teachers sincerely share and answer questions for the teachers participating in the training, promoting mutual growth of both parties.

      在为期一周的跟岗培训里，跟岗教师将沉浸式参与系统化学习与体验。深入了解我校办学理念、学科组搭建思路、课程建设与实施方法，以及学科教研开展方式等核心内容与实践策略，全面提升学科教学品质，实现自身专业素养的快速成长。

      During the one week training, the teacher team gained a deep understanding of our school,comprehensively improving the quality of disciplinary teaching and achieving rapid improvement of their professional competence.
