灌州·家校社 | 温情面对面 专属“心”沟通 Home-School Communication

      近期，我校开展了温情面对面，一对一“个性化”家校沟通活动。温馨的对话环境、学生“专属性”成长报告、家长“点单式”问题反馈……打破了传统家长会模式，以“私人定制”的对话，深入家校共育。

A warm dialogue environment, breaking the traditional parent teacher conference model, and deepening home school co education through "personalized" conversations.

       在面对面的沟通中，班级语数外老师和年级行政，以学生个性化成长档案的形式，从学习、生活、人际交往等方面，给家长分享了孩子的闪光点，也对孩子下一阶段的努力方向提供了可行性建议。

       We shared our child's shining points with parents in the form of personalized growth profiles for students, and provided feasible suggestions for their next stage of efforts.

       家长表示：这是一次全新的体验，温馨舒适的对话环境，老师专业性的全方位评价与分析、建议，远超成绩单的价值。在校园里这样平等对话，使大家真切感受到了学校和老师的用心。
