灌州·心育 |小小梦想家——我校开展职业生涯规划专题讲座Special Lecture on Career Planning

      三月春风携着梦想的气息拂过校园，3月27日，一场以"小小梦想家之职业世界初探"为主题的职业生涯规划讲座，在我校六年级孩子心中播撒下希望的种子。心理健康教师白柯化身"职业引路人"，用智慧与温情为孩子们搭建起探索未来的桥梁。

      On March 27th, a career planning lecture themed "Little Dreamers' First Exploration of the Professional World" sowed the seeds of hope in the hearts of our sixth-grade students. 

      讲座在"职业木头人"的趣味游戏中拉开帷幕，孩子们在游戏中不仅尽情享受了欢乐，还用肢体语言诠释着对职业的理解，欢声笑语中，职业的多样性如拼图在他们心中初步成型。

      The lecture kicked off in a fun game called "Professional Wooden Man", where children not only enjoyed the joy to the fullest, but also used body language to interpret their understanding of professions. With laughter and joy, the diversity of professions took shape in their minds like a puzzle.

      白柯老师深入浅出地阐述了职业的含义，并巧妙运用视频魔法，带领孩子们穿越职业时空。第一视角的镜头下，厨师颠勺翻炒的烟火气，收银员键盘飞舞的清脆声，交警手势利落的指挥影，让孩子们直观感受职业魅力。班级PK赛中，"职业接龙"的激烈角逐，更点燃了探索热情。

      Teacher Bai Ke explained the meaning of profession in a clear and concise manner, and skillfully used video magic to lead children through the time and space of professions.

      紧接着，白柯老师通过“霍兰德职业兴趣”小测试和“认识自我”知识讲解让孩子们意识到职业和兴趣、职业和能力的关系，孩子们也对自己的兴趣和优势都有了更清晰的认识。最动人的时刻，莫过于笔尖与纸面的私语。在“给未来的自己写一封信”中，孩子们给自己制定了初步的职业规划。那些关于医生的誓言、教师的憧憬、科学家的幻想，化作墨香流淌在字里行间，如同在时光胶囊中封存下今日的梦想密码。

      Teacher Bai Ke used the "Holland Career Interest" mini test and the "Know Yourself" knowledge explanation to make children aware of the relationship between career and interests, career and abilities. Children also have a clearer understanding of their own interests and strengths. The most touching moment is undoubtedly the whisper between the pen tip and the paper.

      立大志，迈小步；走远路，不停顿！未来，我校将继续开展丰富多彩的活动，引导同学们在实践体验中，领悟生涯发展的积极意义。让每个孩子都在体验中成长，在规划中绽放，让梦想照进现实，让成长步步生花。

      In the future, our school will continue to carry out a variety of activities to guide students to understand the positive significance of career development through practical experience.
