
春来满山皆秀色,时光恰好正当时。我们在时光里赶路,在教研中成长!为促进都江堰市音乐学科课堂建设,探索音乐教师专业化发展路径,使教师能力结构与新课标要求精准对接,为素养导向的教学转型提供支撑,经研究,决定开展都江堰市义务段音乐教师素养研讨活动。
In order to promote the classroom construction of music discipline in Dujiangyan Irrigation Project City and make the teachers' ability structure accurately match the requirements of the new curriculum standard, our school undertook the Dujiangyan Irrigation Project City Music Teachers' Literacy Seminar.
本次活动由成都市教科院指导,都江堰市中小学教育研究室主办,都江堰市灌州小学校承办。活动邀请了四川省学术和技术带头人 李萍老师,为大家做《核心素养下音乐教师专业化发展策略探究》的培训。
This activity was directed by the Chengdu Academy of Educational Sciences, hosted by the Dujiangyan Irrigation Project Primary and Secondary Education Research Office, and undertaken by our school. The event invited Teacher Li Ping to provide training for everyone.

通过本次义务段音乐教师素养研讨活动的开展,我们明确了未来音乐教师要具备的“五大素养”;明确了教师快速成长的“知己、知彼、知书、知法”四大关键;了解了课堂评价标准的四大维度和学业质量评价标准的五大维度。李老师的培训促使我们每一位音乐老师努力深化课堂创新、科研探索,雕琢教师成长,聚焦学生素养,让音乐成为孩子们成长路上最璀璨的星芒,照亮心灵、滋养人生。
Through the implementation of this activity, we have identified the "five essential qualities" that future music teachers should possess; Teacher Li's training has encouraged every music teacher to deepen classroom innovation and scientific research exploration, making music the brightest star on children's growth path.
