灌州·心育｜我是心灵小卫士——心理委员培训Psychological Training

      为加强心理委员队伍建设，发挥心理委员在学校心理健康工作中的朋辈力量，促进学校心理健康工作的开展和完善，我校于2025年3月19日下午，进行了新学期第一次心理健康委员培训。

      On the afternoon of March 19, 2025, our school held the first training for mental health commissioners in the new semester.

      本次培训的主题为：我是心灵小卫士！

      The theme of this training is: Mind Guard!

      首先，白欢老师通过情绪大作战游戏让孩子们快速熟络起来。

      First of all, Teacher Bai through the emotional battle game to let the children quickly get acquainted.

      作为班里的心理委员，需要扮演哪些角色呢？白欢老师在大家的疑惑中讲解了心理委员这个“小卫士”所扮演的6个角色。

      What roles do you have to play as the psych commissar of the class? Bai Huan teacher explained the six roles played by the “small guard” of the psychological committee member in everyone's doubts.

      在本次培训中，孩子们一直认真地倾听着、思考着、讨论着、分享着生活中可能发生的问题及应对策略。

      In this training, the children have been listening carefully, thinking, discussing, and sharing the problems that may occur in life and coping strategies.

      最后，听完大家的分享，白欢老师也根据小学阶段学生身心发展规律和成长情况进行了总结。

      Finally, after listening to everyone’s sharing, teacher Bai also summarized the physical and mental development laws and growth of primary school students.
