灌州·均衡｜我校与眉山天府新区青龙小学签订教研教学帮扶协议Teaching Collaboration Agreement

      3月13日上午，都江堰市灌州小学校园内春意盎然，一场以“共研共进·协同发展”为主题的签约仪式在此举行。眉山天府新区青龙小学教师团队与灌州小学教师相聚一堂，通过“常态课听课+大课间活动观摩+ 签约座谈”的深度互动，正式开启两校为期三年的教研教学对口帮扶合作。

      On March 13— A vibrant spring morning marked the signing ceremony of a three-year teaching and research collaboration agreement between Guanzhou Primary School, Dujiangyan, and Qinglong Primary School, Meishan Tianfu New Area.

      学校马长俊校长带领青龙小学何校长一行，先后参观了教学楼、操场、后花园、图书馆等地，介绍学校的校园场景及校园文化建设。

      Principal Ma Changjun of Guanzhou Primary School warmly welcomed Principal He Tianming and the visiting delegation from Qinglong Primary School.

      参访老师们走进我校各学科课堂进行听课交流。语文学科李坤老师、数学学科叶轩君老师、英语学科周丽老师以及美术学科王丽老师，分别为来访老师们进行了“共生课堂”理念下的常态课教学展示。

      Qinglong teachers engaged in cross-disciplinary classroom observations, attending sessions led by Guanzhou’s faculty: Ms. Li Kun (Chinese), Mr. Ye Xuanjun (Math), Ms. Zhou Li (English), and Ms. Wang Li (Art). Each lesson showcased Guanzhou’s innovative "Symbiotic Class" model, emphasizing interactive and student-centered learning.

      青龙小学教师们观摩了学校特色大课间活动，我校课间活动设计的创新性、趣味性及体能训练实效性得到了老师们的肯定。

      The delegation observed Guanzhou’s signature recess program, applauding its creative design, engaging activities, and effective integration of physical fitness. The dynamic routines highlighted the school’s commitment to holistic student development.

      随后，在双方教师代表的见证下，灌州小学校长马长俊与青龙小学校长何天明共同签订了教研教学帮扶协议，通过结构化帮扶实现“共建共享、共生共荣”。

      With faculty representatives from both schools in attendance, Principals Ma and He formalized the agreement, pledging to "Build shared resources, foster mutual growth, and achieve collective excellence."through structured support mechanisms.

      灌州小学与青龙小学已通过多次互访、课堂诊断、专题研讨建立合作基础。本次协议的签订，既是响应高质量教育体系建设要求，也是落实“双减”政策下校际协同创新的重要举措。未来，两校将在教师专业成长、课程开发、校园文化共建等领域持续发力，为区域教育均衡发展注入新动能。

      The partnership builds on prior exchanges, classroom evaluations, and joint workshops. Aligned with national goals for high-quality education and the "Double Reduction" policy, the initiative will deepen ties in teacher training, curriculum development, and cultural integration. Both schools aim to drive regional educational equity and innovation in the coming years.
