      Since this semester, our school has adapted to local conditions. Without changing the original school arrival and dismissal times, we have ensured 15 - minute breaks for students through curriculum integration and a combination of short and long classes.

缤纷活动，点亮课间

      一、律动乐章：课间桌舞操

      音乐响起，课桌成为孩子们的舞台。在欢快的节奏中，他们整齐划一地舞动，小小的身体释放出大大的能量。桌舞操不仅锻炼了孩子们的肢体协调性，更让他们在音乐的海洋中放松身心，以饱满的精神迎接下一节课的挑战。

      The desk dance not only improves children's physical coordination but also allows them to relax in the ocean of music, greeting the challenges of the next class with full energy.

      二、彩绘天地：地面彩绘体育活动

      校园的地面摇身一变，成为充满趣味的运动乐园。色彩斑斓的图案引导着孩子们参与各种体育活动，跳房子、数字跳跃……孩子们在奔跑、跳跃中，尽情挥洒汗水，享受运动带来的快乐，身体素质也在不知不觉中得到提升。

      The children run and jump, sweating freely and enjoying the happiness brought by sports.

      三、田园探秘：本草园劳动

      学校的本草园是孩子们亲近自然的窗口。在这里，他们亲手播种、浇水、施肥，观察植物的生长变化，了解各种草药的神奇功效。劳动教育不仅让孩子们学会珍惜劳动成果，更培养了他们对大自然的敬畏之心和探索精神。

      四、智慧对决：棋类游戏

      象棋、跳棋的棋盘上，孩子们化身小小strategist，展开一场场智慧的较量。每一步落子都凝聚着思考与策略，在你来我往的对弈中，孩子们的逻辑思维和专注力得到了极大的锻炼。

      On the chessboards of Chinese chess and checkers, children turn into little strategists and engage in battles of wits.

      五、指尖艺术：魔方与翻花绳

      魔方在孩子们的手中飞速转动，色彩不断变幻，展现出他们对空间和逻辑的理解；翻花绳则让一根根细绳在指尖绽放出奇妙的形状，锻炼了孩子们的动手能力和创造力。

      The Rubik's Cube spins rapidly in the children's hands, with colors constantly changing, demonstrating their understanding of space and logic. Meanwhile, the cat's cradle makes thin strings take on wonderful shapes at their fingertips, exercising the children's hands - on ability and creativity.

      六、趣味无限：桌面游戏与益智小游戏

      小小的桌面游戏蕴含着大大的智慧。孩子们围坐在一起，通过合作与竞争，在游戏中学会沟通、学会思考，体验团队协作的乐趣。
