      教育是唤醒灵魂的事业，需要思想的碰撞、情感的交流和经验的分享。宣汉县胡家镇小学“校联体”教师在我校为期一周的跟岗研修培训顺利结业。学校精心的策划和细致的部署，为跟岗教师们提供了全方位的浸润式交流学习平台。

      开班仪式结束后，老师们积极参与我校的各项交流活动，深入课堂，不断汲取新的教育理念和教学方法，努力提升自己的教育教学水平。

      学校马长俊校长为跟岗老师们带来《践行新课标，促学生素养落地》的主题讲座，从新课标理念到对高中课程标准的回应，阐述了学校落实新课标实践的探索。

      学校叶体平副校长以《构建智慧评价体系，促进学生全面发展》为题，从学校的评价建设历程，介绍我校智慧综合评价的整体架构和实施方式，将评价写在教育教学的每个细节中。

      With the title of "Building a Wisdom Evaluation System to Promote Students' All-round Development", Vice President Ye Tiping introduced the overall structure and implementation methods of wisdom comprehensive evaluation in our school from the evaluation construction process of our school, and wrote the evaluation in every detail of education and teaching.

      学校党支部组织委员李书老师做了题为《抓实党建助推学校高质量发展》的交流。从始终坚持学校发展与加强党建同频共振、把党建工作优势转化为学校发展优势，诠释了党建在学校工作中的重要性。

      心理健康教育专职教师白柯做了题为《未雨绸缪，转危为机》的心理健康教育讲座。讲解了影响学生心理发展因素、小学生常见心理问题及应对措施、危机干预等方面，让老师们掌握了更多心理健康知识和干预心理问题的方法。

      Bai Ke, a full-time teacher of mental health education, gave a lecture on mental health education. She explained the factors affecting students' psychological development, the common psychological problems and coping measures of primary school students, crisis intervention and other aspects, so that teachers have more mental health knowledge and intervention methods.

      艾小红老师《让我们一起做孩子成长路上的合伙人》，让大家明白了学校、家庭、社会对一个学生的影响、教育有多重要，老师对孩子要有爱心、细心，对家长要有耐心，对工作要用心。

      Miss Ai’s lecture let the teachers understand the school, family, social impact on a student, how important education is, teachers should be loving and careful to children, parents should be patient, to work hard.

      班主任刘婷、周凌波、阿蓓老师分享班级的治班策略，三位老师就不同策略在班级中的应用展开，将“三自”管理制度与情感关怀相结合，交流了如何为学生营造一个既有序又充满爱的班级环境。

      The three class teachers shared their own strategies for managing the class, and the three teachers combined the management system with emotional care in the application of different strategies in the class, and exchanged ideas on how to create an orderly and loving class environment for students.

      马长俊校长为跟岗教师们带来了一场《指向素养提升的熊猫课程建设与实践》主题分享。马校长结合我校熊猫课程建构，围绕跨学科学习活动等，详细阐述了我校如何构建指向学生素养的熊猫课程。

      Principal Ma Changjun led the teachers to the China Giant Panda Research Center, and brought a theme sharing of "Panda Curriculum Construction and Practice pointing to the Improvement of literacy" for the teachers. Combining with the construction of our school's panda curriculum and focusing on interdisciplinary learning activities, President Ma elaborated on how to build a panda curriculum pointing to students' literacy.

      跟岗研修的老师们进入学校各年级课堂，全面了解学校不同学科的教学设计、教学模式、素养提升的过程与方法。学校安排的结对教师也积极与跟岗教师交流，指导结对教师完成跟岗研修作业。

      Teachers enter the classroom of each grade, and have a comprehensive understanding of the teaching design, teaching mode, and the process and method of quality improvement of different disciplines. The pair teachers arranged by the school also actively communicated with the teachers and guided them to complete the homework.
