灌州· 均衡|宣汉县胡家镇小学“校联体”教师团队赴我校跟岗学习(一)Training in Our School

      为深化教育交流合作,提升教师专业素养,宣汉县胡家镇小学“校联体”教师团队于3月3日赴都江堰市灌州小学校开始为期一周的跟岗学习。

      In order to deepen educational exchanges and cooperation and improve the professional quality of teachers, the "school Union" teachers team of Hujia Town Primary School in Xuanhan County came to Dujiangyan Guanzhou Primary School on March 3 to start a week of learning.

      为保证跟岗培训活动的有序开展,我校精心制定培训方案,细化培训内容,制定考核方法,全力支持胡家镇小学“校联体”教师提质工作。

      In order to ensure the orderly development of post training activities, our school has carefully formulated training programs, detailed training contents, formulated assessment methods, and fully supported the quality improvement work of "school Union" teachers in Hujia Town Primary school.


      跟岗学习的教师团队在学校叶体平副校长的引导下,通过学校红领巾志愿者的解说,参观了学校校园,来访教师们在实地参观中感受到了我校“至善向美”的办学理念。

      Under the guidance of Vice Principal Ye Tiping, the team of teachers who followed the post visited the school campus through the explanation of volunteers with red scarves of the school. The visiting teachers felt the school's philosophy of "perfection toward beauty" during the field visit.


      在跟岗培训开班仪式中,学校马长俊校长表示此次跟岗培训旨在促进两地教育的交流与合作,共同探索教育教学的新理念、新方法,实现教育资源的共享与互补,学校将最大程度对参加培训的教师们提供支持。

      In the opening ceremony of the training, Principal Ma Changjun of the school said that the training aims to promote the exchange and cooperation between the two places, jointly explore new ideas and new methods of education and teaching, and realize the sharing and complementarity of educational resources. The school will provide support to the teachers participating in the training to the greatest extent.


      学校教师发展中心李书主任在跟岗教师结对仪式中对一周的培训工作进行了安排,学校校聘名师、骨干教师团队将作为结对教师与跟岗教师共同搭建了一个相互学习、相互借鉴、共同成长的平台。

      Li Shu, director of the Teacher Development Center of the school, arranged the training work for a week in the pairing ceremony of teachers. The team of famous teachers and backbone teachers of the school will serve as the pairing teachers and teachers to build a platform for mutual learning, mutual learning and common growth.


      随后,马长俊校长以《弘扬践行教育家精神,做人民教育砺行者》为主题,结合自身的发展经历、新时代背景下老师的自我成长等关键词与跟岗教师进行了交流。

      李坤副校长聚焦《课程视域下的作业重构》,倡导利用生活资源设计情境化任务,为老师们打开了作业设计新思路。

      Vice Principal Li Kun focused on "Homework Reconstruction from the Perspective of Curriculum", advocated the use of life resources to design contextualized tasks, and opened up new ideas for teachers' homework design.


      在分学科培训活动中,不同学科跟岗教师积极参与各学科教研组教学研讨,观摩我校教研活动的整个过程,同时也参与其中进行实操。在交流中我校教师也坦诚地为跟岗教师解决困惑,以此促进教师之间的互相成长。

      In the discipline training activities, teachers with different disciplines actively participate in the teaching and research groups of each discipline, observe the entire process of teaching and research activities of our school, and also participate in practical operation. In the communication, the teachers of our school also sincerely solve the confusion for the teachers, so as to promote the mutual growth of teachers.


      在第一天的跟岗培训总结中,教师们结合所见所闻踊跃发言,畅谈感悟。既感慨于灌州小学“至善向美”的育人智慧,又对“资源共享式教研”“情境化作业设计”等实践模式深受启发。马校长在小结中勉励跟岗教师以“看中学、听中学、学中思”为路径,将学习成果转化为行动力。

      In the summary of the first day of training with the post, the teachers spoke actively and talked about their feelings. Not only was he impressed by the wisdom of educating people in Guanzhou Primary School, but also deeply inspired by the practice models of "resource-sharing teaching and research" and "contextualized operation design". In the summary, Principal Ma encouraged the teachers to take the path of "looking at the middle school, listening to the middle school, and thinking in the learning" to transform the learning results into action.


      一周的跟岗培训跟岗教师还将通过系统化的学习与体验,了解我校的办学理念、学科组建设、课程建设与实施、学科教研等核心要素与实践策略,提升学科品质,促进跟岗教师专业成长。

      During the one-week post-post training, post-post teachers will also understand the core elements and practical strategies of our school's school-running philosophy, subject group construction, curriculum construction and implementation, subject teaching and research through systematic learning and experience, so as to improve subject quality and promote professional growth of post-post teachers.
