灌州·心育｜新学期，“心”启航——心理教育开学第一课Psychological Education

      伴随着新学期的钟声敲响，同学们告别假期，重返校园。为了帮助孩子们顺利度过开学适应期，我校开展了心理教育开学第一课。

      With the ringing of the new semester bell, students bid farewell to their holidays and returned to campus. In order to help children smoothly adapt to the start of school, our school has launched the first lesson of psychological education.

      《打破标签、重塑天命——从假期英雄到学期战士的蜕变》专题课堂，引导孩子们认识自我成长与身份转变的重要性，激励他们在新的学期以全新的面貌和态度迎接挑战。

      We conducted a special class to recognize the importance of self growth and identity transformation, and inspire them to face challenges with a new face and attitude in the new semester.

      《世界赠予我的》专题课堂，让孩子们学会感恩与珍惜，懂得每一份来自世界的馈赠都是独一无二的宝贵财富，激励他们用心去感受生活，用爱去回馈社会。

      We conducted a special class to teach children to be grateful and cherish, to understand that every gift from the world is a unique and precious asset, and to inspire them to feel life with heart and give back to society with love.

      课堂上，心理老师还为孩子们讲解了校内心理求助方式，鼓励孩子们遇到不能解决的烦恼时，一定要学会求助，勇于求助。

      In class, the psychological teacher also explained to the children the ways of seeking help in school psychology, encouraging them to learn how to seek help and be brave when they encounter unresolved troubles.
