灌州·学生｜传承与创新，启航新学期——我校2025年春季学期开学第一课First Lesson of the Semester

      新学期，新希望，在开学的第一天，我校秉承“至善向美”校训，结合我校传统文化特色课程，以“传承与创新，启航新学期”为主题开展我校的开学第一课。

      New semester, new hope. On the first day of the new semester, our school held the first lesson of the semester with the theme of "Inheritance and Innovation, Embarking on the New Semester".

      学校以“科技赋能新时代 强国征程启新篇”为主题开展迎新活动，围绕运动、睡眠、阅读，展示了 “每天一小时午休，每天一节阅读课，每天 2 小时体育活动，每课休息一刻钟” 的特色亮点，让新生及家长对学校的教育理念和模式有了初步了解。

      Out school has showcased the highlights of this semester to students and parents: One hour lunch break every day, one reading class every day, 2 hours of physical activity every day, and a quarter break for each class.

      为帮助孩子们快速从假期状态回归到学习状态，我校通过“开学收心会”来帮助孩子们调整作息和心态。

      Teachers organized a Back to School Transition Meeting to help children adjust their schedule and mindset. It helped children quickly return from vacation to learning mode.

      在“雨水至 万物生”的开学典礼上，叶副校长发表了热情洋溢的讲话，鼓励学生在新学期勤奋学习、积极进取，整个典礼充满了生机与希望。

      At the opening ceremony, Vice Principal Ye encouraged all the children to study hard and be proactive in the new semester.

      各班级召开了“开学第一课”主题班会，班主任老师围绕心理健康安全、校园安全、成长励志、家国情怀等方面进行了教育引导，让学生明确了新学期的努力方向。

      At the first themed class meeting, headteachers clarified the direction of students' efforts for the new semester.

      各年级开展了丰富多彩的文化实践活动。一年级灯笼DIY、二年级非遗剪纸、三年级猜灯谜、四年级投壶纳福，让学生感受传统文化魅力；五年级成长励志演讲激发学生奋斗动力；六年级青春期心理健康教育则帮助学生正确面对身心变化。

      In the afternoon, teachers from each grade organized students to participate a variety of cultural and hands-on practical activities.

      本次开学第一课系列活动，既让学生感受到了传统文化的魅力，又激发了学生创新进取的精神，为新学期的学习生活奠定了良好基础。

      The series of activities for the first lesson of this semester not only allowed students to experience the charm of traditional culture, but also ignited their spirit of innovation and progress, laying a good foundation for their learning and life in the new semester.
