灌州·安全|安全记于心，演练践于行——食堂燃气夹层锅操作专项安全演练Safety Drill

      为切实提升食堂工作人员应对燃气夹层锅突发状况的应急处置能力，有效防范诸如溢锅、燃气泄漏、汤锅故障等风险，全力保障食堂餐饮服务安全、平稳、有序运行，2月19日，膳食服务部精心组织开展了食堂燃气夹层锅操作安全专项演练。

      On February 19th, the Catering Service Department meticulously organized a special safety drill for the operation of gas jacketed pots in the canteen. 

      演练筹备阶段，王主任高度重视，率先召开食堂员工安全操作专题会议。会上，全体厨师与厨工认真研习燃气夹层锅安全操作规范流程，对每一个步骤、每一项注意事项都进行了认真学习。

      During the preparation stage of the drill, Director Wang attached great importance to it and took the lead in convening a special meeting on the safe operation for canteen employees. 

· 安全演练 ·

      演练正式拉开帷幕，模拟场景设定为 “午餐备餐期间，燃气夹层锅在煮制汤品过程中，突发燃气泄漏，且火势呈现蔓延态势”。面对这一紧急情况，食堂员工严格依照前期所学的燃气夹层锅操作流程及规范要求，迅速做出反应。第一时间精准关闭燃气阀门，截断气源，随即熟练操起灭火器，对初起火势展开高效扑救，整个过程紧张有序、配合默契。

      The drill officially commenced with a simulated scenario where "during lunch preparation, while the gas jacketed pot was cooking soup, a gas leak suddenly occurred, and the fire showed a spreading trend." The entire process was tense, orderly, and highly coordinated.

      此次燃气夹层锅操作专项安全演练成效显著，食堂员工对燃气安全的重视程度大幅提升，对操作规范的理解与执行也更为到位。后续，膳食服务部将秉持持之以恒的态度，持续推进燃气安全自查自纠工作，常态化开展培训学习活动，不断强化食堂应急处置能力，为学校食堂安全增添坚实保障。

      This special safety drill for the operation of gas jacketed pots achieved remarkable results.
