灌州·党建｜我校党支部召开2024年度组织生活会暨民主评议党员大会 Branch Meeting

      为进一步巩固和加强党支部的组织建设，提升党员队伍的思想觉悟和党性修养，2025年2月14日下午，我校党支部开展了2024年度组织生活会暨党员民主评议会。

      In order to further consolidate and strengthen the organizational construction of the Party branch and enhance the ideological consciousness and party spirit cultivation of the Party members,our school carried out the Democratic Evaluation Conference of Party Members.

      本次会议旨在促进党员之间的思想交流，在总结经验、自我批评与相互批评中加强思考与反省，不断提升党员教师的政治思想觉悟与工作战斗力，为推动学校各项事业的发展提供坚强的政治保证和组织保证。

      The purpose of this meeting is to promote the exchange of ideas among party members, strengthen thinking and reflection in summarizing experience, self-criticism and mutual criticism。

党建工作述职

      会议首先由党支部书记马长俊同志作2024年度党组织书记抓党建工作述职，他围绕基层党组织党建工作情况、推进党纪学习教育情况以及加强师德师风建设和党风廉政建设等方面进行，同时也总结了2024年学校支部在学校建设上的主要做法和成效，最后对2025年支部工作进行了部署。

      He focused on the work of the party building work of the grassroots party organizations, the promotion of party discipline and education, and the strengthening of the construction of teacher ethics and the construction of party style and clean government, and also summarized the main practices and results of the school branch in school construction in 2024, and finally deployed the work of the branch in 2025.

开展党员民主评议

      全体党员同志认真填写《党支部民主评议表》，对照党的政治纪律、组织纪律、廉洁纪律、 群众纪律、工作纪律、生活纪律的主旨要义和规定要求，对每位党员进行民主测评。

      All party members and comrades conscientiously fill in the "Party Branch Democratic Evaluation Form".

开展批评与自我批评

      随后，党员同志们深入剖析了自己在理想信念、党性修养以及履行“一岗双责”等的实际情况，并进行了细致的总结。全体党员开展了批评与自我批评，针对性地提出了切实可行的整改措施与建设性建议。

      Subsequently, the party members and comrades deeply analyzed their actual situation in ideals and beliefs, party spirit cultivation and the fulfillment of "one post and two responsibilities", and made a detailed summary.

支部书记讲专题党课

      会议最后，学校党支部书记马长俊围绕《学习习近平总书记关于教育工作的重要论述》开展了专题党课。深刻领会习近平总书记关于坚持党对教育事业全面领导的重要要求，学校各项工作都要围绕党的教育方针展开，确保教育的正确方向。同时，要将立德树人作为教育的根本任务，把思想政治教育贯穿教育教学全过程，培养学生的爱国情怀、社会责任感和创新精神 。

      At the end of the meeting, Ma Changjun, secretary of the party branch of the school, carried out a special party class around the "Important Expositions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on Education Work". 

      本次组织生活会，不仅使党员们再次深刻铭记入党时的初心与使命，更激发了他们为共产主义教育事业不懈奋斗、矢志不渝的坚定信念。新的一年，我校全体党员将继续发挥先锋模范作用，以实际行动践行初心使命！

      In the new year, all party members of our school will continue to play a vanguard and exemplary role and practice the original mission with practical actions!
