灌州·聚力｜赋能新学期，教师共成长——记2025春季开学培训 Training Activity

      “又是一年春草绿，依然十里杏花红”。我们怀着对教育事业的热忱与期待，相聚在此，共同开启2025春季学期教师培训的学习之旅。

      With enthusiasm and anticipation for the education cause, we gather here to embark on the learning journey of the 2025 spring semester teacher training together.

      This training is a great opportunity for us to recharge and a precious chance to improve ourselves.

      一、践行四有好教师精神

      在四川省教师发展中心副主任崔勇老师的带领下，全体教师认真学习四有好教师的精神，深刻明白，做一个好教师，要有理想信念、要有道德情操、要有扎实学识、要有仁爱之心。希望所有教师继续弘扬教育家精神，做新时代四有好教师。

      All teachers studied the spirit of the "Four-Have" good teachers in depth, understanding that to be a good teacher, one must have ideals and beliefs, moral integrity, solid knowledge, and a kind heart. 

      二、党的教育方针政策学习

      教师是立教之本、兴教之源，强国必先强教，强教必先强师。为大力弘扬教育家精神，马校长围绕“加强新时代高素质专业化教师队伍建设”这个主题作详细的阐述。

      President Ma elaborated in detail on the theme of "Strengthening the Construction of a High-Quality and Professionalized Teacher Team in the New Era".

      三、学校2025年度工作计划解读

      马校长就本年度工作计划进行了详细的解读。紧紧围绕课程改革，以科研为先导，素质教育为核心，不断提升学校办学理念和办学水平，提升教师的专业水平能力。

      Principal Ma gave a detailed explanation on the School's educational policies and guidelines. 

      四、全员育德培训

      教育，是社会发展的基石，而教师，则是这座基石上的光辉灯塔。王珍主任对全校教师进行了育德培训，希望每位教师明确自己的职业道德操守，并且随后对本学期的德育工作进行了详细的解读。

      Director Wang Zhen conducted a moral education training for all teachers.

      五、师德师风专项培训

      教师发展中心李书主任以《以教育家精神铸魂强师》为主题，对全校教职员工进行了师德师风专项培训，希望每位教师以教育家精神为引领，争做“四有”好老师。

      Director Li Shu gave a detailed explanation on the special training on professional ethics and conduct to all the teachers in the school.

      六、教学工作计划解读

      落实立德树人根本任务，贯彻落实党的教育方针和学校的办学理念，任红主任指出将继续全面强化教学常规管理，深化校本研修，加强教师培训。

      Director Ren Hong pointed out that the center will continue to comprehensively strengthen the management of teaching routines, deepen school-based research and training, and enhance teacher training.

      七、教师发展中心工作培训

      最后，李书主任对今天的培训作了总结，希望通过团队协作，在新的学期中，稳中求进，以更加饱满的热情、更加昂扬的斗志、更加务实的作风，科学高效推进各项教育教学工作。

      Finally, Director Li Shu summarized today's training.
