灌州·聚力｜任重道远需策马 凝心聚力再出发——数学组开学工作培训会 Math group training

      春风拂面来，开学的气息悄然降临。为深入贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，围绕“尽责至善，和谐向美”的学校文化，落实“立德树人，五育并举”的根本任务，聚焦课程改革与提升教学质量，为学生成长和学校发展提供坚实保障。2025年2月14日，都江堰市灌州小学校数学组全体教师开展开学工作会。

      The gentle spring breeze caresses the face, and the atmosphere of the new school term quietly descends. On February 14, 2025, all the teachers of the Mathematics Department of Guanzhou Primary School in Dujiangyan City held a meeting to discuss the work for the new term.

      大组长叶轩君结合6个工作目标，提出4个工作重点，6个工作具体措施。针对每一学月内容进行具体的安排。每个年级，每个教研段进行工作细致布署。

      The head of the department, Ye Xuanjun, proposed four key points and six specific measures based on six working goals, and made detailed arrangements for the content of each academic month.

      大组会后，郑爽主任提出任何方案、活动、计划，我们都应该严格“落实”，才能取得优异的成果。

      After the department meeting, Director Zheng Shuang emphasized that for any plan, activity or project, we must strictly "implement" it to achieve outstanding results.

      最后李坤校长进行了总结。对本学期的工作提出以下几点建议：课后的练习题，应转化为学生学习的路径；数学也应加强阅读，提升学生的数学阅读能力；数学组应该相互学习，新旧老师取长补短；数学活动等走向以AI赋能的科技化之路。

      Finally, Principal Li Kun made a summary and put forward the following suggestions for the work of this semester.
