灌州·聚力｜砥志研思共奋进 深耕厚植启新程——英语组开学工作培训会 English group training

      2025年2月14日，我校英语组在开学之际召开了新学期第一次教研会。围绕新学期教学计划、集体备课、作业设计与批改等内容展开深入研讨，为新学期的教学工作奠定了坚实基础。

      On February 14, 2025, the English teaching group of our school held the first teaching and research meeting of the new semester at the beginning of the school year. 

      会议由英语大组长周丽老师主持。周丽老师对新学期的教学计划进行了详细解读，明确了教学目标和工作重点。

      The meeting was presided over by Zhou Li, the head of the English teaching group.

      集体备课和是本次教研的核心环节。各年级备课组将根据学生的认知水平，明确教学目标，通过注重课堂语言的衔接，突出板书重要性等方面细化自己的教学内容，认真履行教学八认真。

      Collective lesson preparation was the core part of this teaching and research activity. 

      作业也是课堂教学的延伸，也是检验学生学习效果的重要途径。因此提出作业设计要注重层次性和书写规范以及作业批改提出严格的要求，将定期检查作业批改质量，确保每一位学生都能在作业中得到有效的学习反馈。

      Homework is an extension of classroom teaching and an important way to test students' learning outcomes. 

      同时定期组织教师参加专业培训和教学研讨活动。通过观摩优秀课例、分享教学经验，不断提升教师的专业素养和教学水平，为学生提供更优质的英语教育。

      At the same time, regular professional training and teaching discussion activities will be organized for teachers.

      通过集体学习，英语组的教师们将以更加积极的态度和创新的精神投入到新学期的教学工作中，努力为学生营造一个轻松、高效的学习环境。

      Through collective teaching and research, the teachers of the English teaching group will approach the new semester's teaching work with a more positive attitude and innovative spirit.
