灌州·教研|我校举行青年教师教学汇报展示活动Young Teacher Teaching Exhibition

一次亮相,一次成长

一次付出,一次收获

      青年教师是学校的新鲜血液,也是学校教育教学的新生力量。一直以来,我校特别注重对青年教师的培养,采用青蓝工程、名师结对等形式,助力青年教师的成长。为了检验和提高青年教师的教学水平,进一步夯实青年教师的教育教学基本功,全面帮助、促进青年教师快速成长。我校在12月开展了以“核心素养视域下深化课堂教学改革”为主题的青年教师课堂教学展示活动。

      Young teachers are the fresh blood and new force in school education and teaching. Our school has always attached great importance to the cultivation of young teachers, adopting forms such as the Green Blue Project and the famous teacher alliance to help the growth of young teachers.


数学学科


刘寒老师《乘车》

      刘老师通过三个连续“乘车”的情境,用上车、下车、既有上也有下的过程,结合画一画的方式直观、让学生们能在趣味中掌握连加、连减、加减混合运算的顺序并能正确计算。

      Miss Liu used three consecutive scenarios of "boarding" to illustrate the process of getting on and off the bus, as well as both boarding and alighting. By drawing a picture, the students were able to grasp the order of continuous addition, continuous subtraction, and mixed addition and subtraction operations in a fun way and calculate correctly.


邝蕊老师《认识图形》

      邝老师在本节课中,用生动、活泼的教学方式,通过摸一摸、猜一猜等活动,让学生们对长方体、正方体、圆柱和球有了的充分认识。

      In this class, Miss Kuang used vivid and lively teaching methods to give students a full understanding of rectangular prisms, cubes, cylinders, and balls through activities such as touching and guessing.


龚栖巧老师《数图形的学问》

      龚老师通过创设有趣的情境,引导学生经历由简单到复杂,不重复、不遗漏地数图形的过程,在发展学生有序思考的同时,也能利用画图策略将生活原型抽象为数学问题。

      Miss Gong guides students through the process of counting shapes from simple to complex, without repetition or omission, by creating interesting situations. While developing students' orderly thinking, they can also use drawing strategies to abstract life prototypes into mathematical problems.

谭露老师《比尾巴》

      谭露老师带领孩子们一起学习了第八单元的《比尾巴》。课堂上,通过比一比,贴一贴,读一读等方式了解到了动物的尾巴各有特点,并各有用处。

      In class, through comparison, pasting, reading and other methods, we learned that animal tails have their own characteristics and their respective uses.


王莉老师《影子》

      王莉老师带孩子们探寻了七单元第二篇课文《影子》,课堂上,通过读、听、说、看、写等方法,让孩子们将儿歌读熟、了解到影子的特点:影子与人形影不离;影子是黑色的。

      Miss Wang led the children to explore the second text of Unit 7, "Shadows". In class, through reading, listening, speaking, watching, and writing methods, the children were able to read nursery rhymes and understand the characteristics of shadows: shadows are inseparable from human shadows; The shadow is black.


董婷婷老师《小小的船

      董婷婷老师带领孩子们一起学习了第七单元的《小小的船》。课堂上,通过想象和多种形式的朗读,让学生感受夜空的美,激发学生对神奇夜空的向往和喜爱之情。

      Miss Dong led the children to learn Unit 7's "Little Ship" together. In class, through imagination and various forms of reading aloud, students are allowed to experience the beauty of the night sky, inspiring their longing and love for the magical night sky.

白欢老师《情绪脸谱探秘》

      白老师以情绪脸谱为主题,通过表情模仿秀、川剧脸谱大观和绘画分享我的情绪脸谱等环节,让学生们在游戏中认识、表达和调节自己的情绪。

      Miss Bai focuses on the theme of emotional facial makeup, and through activities such as facial expression imitation shows, Sichuan Opera facial makeup exhibitions, and painting sharing of my emotional facial makeup, allows students to recognize, express, and regulate their emotions in the game.


文笛老师《水上音乐》

      祁老师在课堂上让学生认识小号和圆号,丰富他们对西洋管弦乐的认知体系。并引导学生听辨小提琴、小号与圆号的不同音色并能模仿其演奏姿势,以及感受乐曲富丽豪华、宏伟壮观的风格特点。

      Miss Qi introduced students to the trumpet and trombone in class, enriching their understanding of Western orchestral music.


周泓岑老师《游戏中的观察》

      周老师通过老鹰捉小鸡游戏体验的情境,引导学生关注在玩游戏的过程中会用到感觉器官;课中学生体验三个不同难度的活动并引导学生分析实验数据,得出“用到的感觉器官越多,游戏也就越容易”的结论。

      Miss Zhou guided students to pay attention to the use of sensory organs in the process of playing the game "Eagle Catching Chick" through the experience of the game.


李永淇老师《篮球专项运动技能-单手肩上投篮》

      李老师通过篮球比赛得分的场景以及自身动作展示导入课堂,在课堂教学中利用音乐提示运球认识篮球场并进行球性练习,学生自主观察模仿、小组探讨、自主学练动作技巧,真正让学生成为课堂的主体。

      Mr Li introduced scenes of scoring in basketball games and demonstrated his own movements into the classroom. During classroom teaching, he used music prompts to dribble and understand the basketball court, and practiced ball skills. Students observed and imitated independently, discussed in groups, and learned and practiced movement skills independently, truly making them the main body of the classroom.


李婷老师《基本运动技能-拍球与游戏》

      李老师通过游戏“找朋友”展开本堂课的教学,学生进行各种拍球游戏。课上音乐贯穿全程,提高了学生的学习氛围和学习积极性。学生在玩中学、学中练,寓教于乐,改变了以往单一式的教与学的模式。

      Miss Li uses the game "Find Friends" to carry out the teaching of this lesson, and students play various ball games. Music throughout the class enhances the learning atmosphere and motivation of students.


      汇报展示之后,各教研组及时跟进,陆续开展评课活动,各教研组纷纷对青年教师们教学的精心设计给予高度评价,肯定他们对学生学习反馈的关注与学科素养的培育,同时也提出了宝贵的改进建议。学无止境,行以致远。

      After the report and presentation, each teaching and research group followed up in a timely manner and carried out lesson evaluation activities one after another.

      本次汇报课活动既为我校的青年教师们搭建了展示和提升自我的平台,又为全体教师营造了互研互学、以研促教的浓厚教研氛围,有效地促进我校教师教育教学水平的提升。相信在未来的日子里,每一位青年教师都能砥砺深耕,筑梦高实沃土,绽放教育的绚丽之花。

      This report class activity not only provides a platform for young teachers in our school to showcase and improve themselves, but also creates a strong teaching and research atmosphere for all teachers to study and learn from each other.
