堰宝·智｜“英”韵飞扬 “词”展风彩——一二年级英语单词比赛English Words Competition

      为了丰富校园文化生活，营造校园英语文化氛围，进一步激发学生学习英语的热情，近日，我校低段英语组成功举办了一场面向一、二年级学生的英语看图说单词比赛。本次比赛分为初赛和决赛两个阶段，吸引了一、二年级全体学生的积极参与。经过激烈的角逐，最终评选出了一批英语小达人，并在颁奖盛典上共同庆祝他们的成长与收获。

      To enrich the campus cultural life, foster an English-speaking environment, and further motivate students' enthusiasm for learning English, our school's junior high English department recently organized an English Picture and Word Competition for first and second-grade students.

      初赛阶段，学生们在各自班级内进行了激烈的选拔。他们面对着一张张生动有趣的图片，迅速反应，用英语说出与图片相关的单词。评委老师们根据学生们的发音、语调、词汇量进行了综合评分，最终每个班级都选拔出了数名优秀选手晋级决赛。

      During the preliminary round, students underwent rigorous selection within their respective classes. Confronted with vivid and engaging images, they swiftly responded by articulating relevant English words. Judges evaluated the students based on their pronunciation, intonation, and vocabulary usage, ultimately selecting several outstanding participants from each class to advance to the finals.

      决赛阶段，晋级的同学们再次汇聚一堂，展开了更加激烈的竞争。他们面对着更加复杂和具有挑战性的图片，但依然能够迅速准确地用英语说出单词。评委老师们对学生们的表现给予了高度评价，并鼓励他们继续努力，不断提高自己的英语水平。

      In the final round, the qualifying students reconvened for an even more challenging contest.

      经过初赛和决赛的激烈角逐，最终评选出了特等奖、一等奖和二等奖若干名。学生们手捧着奖状，脸上洋溢着难以言喻的自豪与喜悦。

      Following the intense preliminary and final rounds, the special, first, and second prizes were awarded. Holding their accolades, the students' faces radiated with unspoken pride and joy.

      此次英语看图说单词比赛不仅为学生们提供了一个展示自己英语才华的舞台，还激发了他们学习英语的兴趣和热情。相信在这样的氛围中，学生们一定能够在英语学习的道路上越走越远，实现自己的梦想。

      This competition not only offered a platform for students to showcase their English abilities but also ignited their interest and passion for learning English.
