堰宝·智｜“英”韵飞扬 “词”展风彩——五六年级英语单词比赛 English Words Competition

      为了丰富校园文化生活，营造校园英语文化氛围，加强学生的语言运用能力，为学生提供一个展示自我、相互学习的平台，高段英语组在11月积极开展五六年级英语单词比赛活动。

      The senior English group actively carried out the fifth and sixth grade English word competitions in November.

      此次竞赛采取笔试的形式，比赛分为初赛和决赛两个阶段，初赛主要考察学生的词汇量和对单词的掌握程度；决赛则更加注重学生的应用能力，包括单词拼写、根据主题写单词等环节。

      The competition is divided into two stages: the preliminary round and the final round.

      比赛中每个人认真细致，神情专注，仔细拼写，为争取获得最好的成绩全力以赴。今朝唯我少年郎，词海冲浪展锋芒。经过激烈的角逐，评选出了一批表现优异的学生进入决赛。

      After fierce competition, a group of outstanding students were selected to enter the finals.

      决赛分为个人赛和团队赛环节。进入决赛的每位选手个个精神饱满，信心十足。各班组成的代表队也齐心协力，通过团队合作解决问题，展示了良好的团队协作精神和集体荣誉感。

      The finals are divided into individual and team competitions. Each of the finalists was full of energy and confidence.

      此次英语单词比赛的成功开展不但为学生营造了浓厚的英语学习氛围，很好地激发了学生记忆英语单词的热情，体验到了英语学习的快乐。英语组老师们将继续秉持“以赛促学、以学促用”的教育理念，积极组织各类英语竞赛和活动，为学生们提供更多的学习机会和展示平台，助力他们在英语学习的道路上不断前行。

      The successful development of this English word competition not only created a strong atmosphere for students to learn English, but also stimulated students' enthusiasm for memorizing English words and experienced the joy of English learning.
