灌州·均衡|万源市第二批“巴山名师”培养教师到我校跟岗学习(一)Training Activities

      为加快推进万源市教育三年提质工作,提高教师能力素养,培育一批品德高尚、业务精湛的巴山名师,11月25日,73位巴山名师培养对象到我校参加为期一周的跟岗学习。

      On November 25th, 73 Bashan famous teacher trainees came to our school to participate in a one-week on-the-job study.

      为保证跟岗研修培训活动的有序开展,我校精心制定培训方案,细化研修内容,制定考核方法,全力支持万源市教育局教师提质工作。

      In order to ensure the orderly development of the activities, our school has formulated a plan to fully support the work.


      此次跟岗研修培训在学校学术厅举行了开班仪式,学校马长俊校长表示此次跟岗培训旨在促进两地教育的交流与合作,共同探索教育教学的新理念、新方法,实现教育资源的共享与互补,学校将最大程度对参加培训的教师们提供支持。

      Ma Changjun, the principal of the school, said that the event aims to promote the exchange and cooperation of education between the two places, and the school will provide support to the greatest extent.


      万源市教师进修校函授站副站长喻坤明老师对参加此次培训的教师提出要求,根据要求跟岗教师在跟岗期间必须完成一份高质量的跟岗研修讲座PPT及讲稿,记录跟岗学习过程、跟岗感悟。返岗后,要把跟岗学到的理论知识和实践经验运用到教育教学工作中,分享跟岗培训成果。

      Teacher Yu Kunming requires that teachers must complete a PPT and lecture script during the follow-up training lecture. After returning to work, share the results of on-the-job training.


      万源市教育局对我校一直以来的教育交流合作给予了肯定,在此次开班仪式中也为我校进行了“万源市巴山名师培养基地”的授牌,这标志着两地教育合作的进一步深化与升华。

      The Wanyuan Municipal Education Bureau affirmed the exchange and cooperation of our school, and also awarded the license to our school in the opening ceremony.


      万源市白沙镇小学杨令校长为我校赠送锦旗,肯定了我校长期以来对白沙镇小学的教育支持和交流分享。

      Yang Ling, principal of Baisha Town Primary School in Wanyuan City, presented a pennant to our school.


      学校教师发展中心李书主任对一周的培训工作进行了安排,学校三十五名校聘名师、骨干教师作为跟岗教师的导师,将对跟岗教师进行全程指导。这次跟岗研修在我校搭建了一个相互学习、相互借鉴、共同成长的平台,两地的教师能够进一步增进友谊,共享教育资源,共同提升教育教学水平。

      Director Li Shu arranged 35 famous teachers and backbone teachers as mentors for the follow-up teachers, and will guide them throughout the process.


      随后,马长俊校长以《弘扬践行教育家精神,做巴山红城教育砺行者》为主题,结合新时代背景下学校老师的自我成长与跟岗教师进行了交流。

      Subsequently, Principal Ma Changjun communicated with the teachers in combination with the self-growth of school teachers in the context of the new era.


      在第一天的分学科培训活动中,不同学科跟岗教师积极参与各学科教研组教学研讨,观摩我校教研活动的整个过程,同时也参与其中进行实操。在交流中我校教师也坦诚地为跟岗教师解决困惑,以此促进教师之间的互相成长。

      On the first day of the sub-discipline training activities, teachers from different disciplines actively participated in the teaching and research seminars of the teaching and research groups of each discipline.


      在第一天的跟岗培训总结中,老师们纷纷表示受益匪浅。在新教育理念和教学方法引领下,也对我校的教育教学管理和校园文化有了更加直观的认识。在一周的跟岗培训中跟岗教师还将通过系统化的学习与体验,了解我校的办学理念、学科组建设、课程建设与实施、学科教研等核心要素与实践策略,提升学科品质,促进跟岗教师专业成长。

      In the summary of the first day, the teachers said that they benefited a lot. They also have a more intuitive understanding of our school's education and teaching management and campus culture.
