灌州·心育｜做班级的暖心使者——心理委员培训（二）Psychological Committee Member Training

      为了进一步提升心理委员的角色意识和服务技能，我校心语小屋本周三开展了以“做班级的暖心使者”为主题的心理委员培训。

      In order to further enhance the role awareness and service skills of the psychological committee members, our school held a training session with the theme of "being a warm heart messenger of the class" on Wednesday.

      首先，通过“心理委员说”游戏让同学们迅速放松下来，同时强化同学们对自己“心理委员”的角色认同。

      First of all, through the game to let the students quickly relax down, at the same time to strengthen the students to their own "psychological committee member" role recognition.

      白柯老师给同学们介绍了一项著名的心理学研究，帮助同学们认识到关爱他人有助于提高自身心理韧性，鼓励心理委员们在班上积极营造互帮互助的心理氛围。

      Later, Teacher Bai Ke introduced a famous psychological research to the students, helping them to realize that caring for others helps to improve their psychological resilience, and encouraging the psychological committee members to actively create a psychological atmosphere of mutual help in the class.

      白老师邀请同学们报告近期班上的特殊情况和工作中遇到的困惑，鼓励大家提出创意，共同为班级心理健康工作出谋划策。

      Then, students were invited to report the recent special situation of the class and the confusion encountered in the work, and encouraged everyone to put forward ideas and make suggestions for the mental health work of the class.

      最后，白柯老师引导同学们意识到个人力量的有限性，并强调心理委员在关心别人的同时也要关爱自己。
