灌州·均衡｜灌洲、蒲阳、向峨小学三校“校本教研共同体主题教研”活动 Teaching and Research Activity

      为了加强校际之间的交流与合作，实现教育资源的共享，共同推动教育教学的发展，2024年11月20日，灌洲、蒲阳、向峨小学三所学校的教研组长齐聚蒲阳小学，开展校本教研共同体主题教研活动，共研教学之法，共商提质之道。

      On November 20,2024, the teaching and research team leaders of the three schools gathered in Puyang Primary School to carry out the theme teaching and research activities of school-based teaching and research community.

      我校语文梁小琴老师以《统整单元 优化教学》为题进行专题讲座。梁老师从课前集体备课、课堂认真落实、课后有效巩固三个层面分享了语文学科提质增效的方法，教学注重单元的统整性，有效落实语文要素。

      The Chinese teacher Liang Xiaoqin of our school gave a special lecture. Mr.Liang shared the methods of improving the Chinese subject from three levels before, during and after class, and the teaching paid attention to the unity of the unit.

      我校数学王冬梅老师以《落实课堂常规，提高教学质量》为题进行专题讲座。王老师从“构建有序高效的学习环境”和“创新教学方法，注重个体差异”两个方面进行了分析。在教学中，引导学生利用思维导图进行知识点的整理、归纳和串联，注重分层教学，形成错题集，从而真正提高教学质量。

      Miss Wang Dongmei of our school mathematics gave a special lecture. Mr.Wang analyzed from two aspects: "building an orderly and efficient learning environment" and "innovating teaching methods and paying attention to individual differences".

      我校英语周丽老师以《共研、共进、共成长》为题进行了专题讲座。周老师从“教学八认真”和“师生关系”两个方面进行了分析。教学“八认真”要落实到位，最重要的就是统一要求，抱着学习的心态，相信集体的力量，以团队的方式行走才会走得更远。

      Our school English teacher Zhou Li gave a special lecture. Teacher Zhou from the "teaching eight serious" and "teacher-student relationship" two aspects of the analysis.

      最后，我校李坤副校长作了总结，希望我们教研组长发挥好中坚力量，注意教研活动质量的把控，以“课堂教学改革”为契机，以核心素养为基点，以新课标为抓手，实现教育教学质量的不断攀升。

      Finally, Vice President Li Kun of our school made a summary, and hoped that our teaching and research team leader would pay attention to the control of the quality of teaching and research activities.

      本次教研联盟活动实现了资源共享、优势互补、共同提高。相信在今后的教研联盟活动中，一定会碰撞出更亮的思维火花，推进教育教学资源的共享，探索出更多更高效的教育方法。
