
为持续贯彻落实党的教育方针和民族政策,充分发挥都康两地教育资源优势,切实提高对口支援康定市教育的实效。10月31日,康定市宜代小学教师团队应邀到我校开展为期两天的“校对校”交流活动。
On October 31, Kangding Yidai Primary School teachers team was invited to our school to carry out a two-day exchange activity.

学校党支部书记、校长马长俊带领宜代小学教师团队参观我校校园环境,实地感受学校文化,让来访教师们感受到了我校“至善向美”的办学理念。

学校校聘名师艾小红老师以《让我们一起做孩子成长路上的合伙人》为题,介绍我校校-家-社协同育人的做法和取得的成效。

同时,宜代小学教师团队也全程参与了我校师德师风建设专题会和行政议教会议,在明确两校师德师风具体要求的同时,进一步促进了两校之间在教育理念和实践上的深度融合。

在两天的学习中,宜代小学教师通过课堂观摩、讲座交流、教研分享等学习我校教育教学工作常态,以更新教育教学理念,促进自身专业素养的提升和教育视野的拓展。
In the two days of study, the primary school teachers update the teaching concept, promote the improvement of their professional quality and expand their educational vision.
     
作为对口帮扶结对学校,我将继续按照上级部门帮扶思路,在学校管理、队伍建设、教育教学、文化建设、学生活动等方面构建对口支援工作机制,相互学习、取长补短,促进两校教育教学管理水平和教师教育教学水平的同步提高,助力康定城乡教育水平的整体提升。
As a matching school, we will continue to build a matching support mechanism in school management, team building, education and teaching, cultural construction, student activities and other aspects in accordance with the help of superior departments.
