灌州·聚力｜厉兵秣马 勠力同心——一年级课堂集体视导 Teaching Guidance Activity

      为深入了解我校一年级常态课堂，教育教学“八认真”落实情况，了解一年级课堂教育教学、课间文明休息、大课间活动以及班级常规管理情况。2024年10月31日，学校学习发展中心对一年级的教育教学工作进行了常态化调研视导。此次视导活动围绕教学常规管理及课堂教学实践等多个维度展开，旨在全面审视与评估一年级教育教学工作的实际状况，并即时反馈意见，为一年级的教育教学常规工作高效有序开展提供专业诊断和服务。

      On October 31, 2024, the School Curriculum Development and Guidance Center conducted regular research and guidance on the education and teaching work of first grade students. 

      本次视导工作，对一年级各班的语文、数学、英语进行了调研，共计12节课，近距离了解教师课堂教学、学生学习情况，为学校教学教研情况精准把脉。教师们备课充分，课堂上，创设情境，问题牵引，任务驱动，引导学生进行自主学习、合作学习,对课堂常规要求严格，各科老师对学生的习惯培养都高度重视，展现了良好的课堂风貌。

      In this visual guidance work, a survey was conducted on Chinese, mathematics, and English in each class of the first grade, with a total of 12 classes.

      本次视导工作还观摩了一年级的大课间活动和课间餐的就餐管理情况。

      This visual guidance work also observed the management of dining during the first grade break activities and break meals.

      学有所思，行之有向，以“视”促教，以“导”增效，厉兵秣马，勠力同心。本次视导工作指导有力、扎实高效，视导的领导和老师们精细的调研反馈、精准的教学指导，为一年级的教育教学工作指明了方向。学之越深，知之愈明，行之渐远。

      The guidance provided in this guidance work is powerful, solid, and efficient, which has pointed out the direction for the education and teaching work of the first grade.
