      “民以食为天，食以安为先”，为全面筑牢校园食品安全防线，切实保障广大师生饮食安全，我校扎实做好校园食品安全监管工作，及时消除校园食品安全隐患，全力守护师生“舌尖上的安全”。

      食堂自觉接受上级主管部门的监督和指导，随时接受家长“不预约，刷卡进，随机查”，用一张校园门禁卡保障了家长充分行使食品安全监督的权利，确保食品安全和质量。

      学校成立了由全体行政组成的食品安全督察组，负责每天与食堂、后勤一同对入库菜品进行验收。

      建立食材、食品每日公开机制，通过微信群将食材情况和每餐情况向家长公示。

      学校学校质量监测中心设置专人负责食堂品质提升，对食堂管理、食品质量、卫生安全进行检查和指导。

      The school Quality Monitoring center has assigned special personnel to improve the quality of the canteen, inspect and guide the management of the canteen, food quality, health and safety.

      为提升食堂工作人员的食品安全意识，膳食服务部每周一定期组织培训，培训涵盖《食品安全法》、食品操作规范等内容，同时会对食堂从业人员进行食品安全规范操作定期考试。
