堰宝·体｜快乐运动，健康成长——我校进行一年级学生体质健康摸底测试 Happy Exercise, Healthy Growth

      为全面贯彻落实《国家学生体质健康标准》，牢固树立“健康第一”的教育理念，9月18日—27日体育课，我校对一年级全体学生进行体质健康摸底测试。测试内容包括坐位体前屈、一分钟跳绳、50米跑步三个运动项目。在体育老师有序引导下，测试中学生们秩序井然、态度认真，每一个项目都严格按照要求积极对待，展现出可爱阳光，积极拼搏的精神风貌。

      The test includes three sports: sitting forward bend, one minute skipping rope, and 50 meters. Students strictly followed the requirements and actively treated each project, demonstrating a cute, sunny, and hardworking spirit.

      In the 50 meter sprint test, every child was giving their all.

      一分钟跳绳测试中，学生们手中的跳绳在空中飞舞，如同彩色的蝴蝶翩翩起舞，展现了他们的协调性和节奏感。

      In the one minute skipping rope test, students' skipping ropes danced in the air like colorful butterflies, demonstrating their coordination and sense of rhythm.

      坐位体前屈则考验了学生的柔韧性。The seated forward bend tested the flexibility of the students.

      测试结束后，体育组老师积极对各班学生数据进行统计分析，通过本次摸底体测，不仅能让老师和家长对一年级学生体质健康状况有一个全面客观的了解，还能让一年级学生熟悉国家中小学生体质健康测试的测试方法和内容，有利于学生在今后的体育活动中进行针对性的练习。

      After the test, the teachers of the PE group actively carried out statistical analysis on the data of students in each class.
