堰宝·融 |“心”光闪闪，“委”以重任——心理委员培训（一）Psychological Committee Training

      心理委员是班级心灵的守护者，心理委员在促进校园心理健康、提供心理支持与援助方面起着至关重要的作用。基于此，我校心理办公室于10月18日中午开展了心理委员专题培训，旨在提升心理委员的朋辈互助能力，加强心理委员队伍的专业素养。

      The psychology Office of our school carried out a special training for psychological committee members at noon on October 18, aiming at improving the peer mutual assistance ability of psychological committee members and strengthening the professional quality of the psychological committee team.

      首先，通过“我是双面胶”游戏让同学们迅速熟络起来。

      First of all, through the "I am double-sided tape" game to let the students quickly get familiar with each other.

      紧接着，借助“我是什么颜色”活动，邀请同学们依次介绍自己的班级和姓名，同时选择一种颜色代表此刻的心情，让同学们感受到情绪的多变。

      Then, with the help of the "What Color am I" activity, the students were invited to introduce their class and name in turn, and choose a color to represent the mood at the moment, so that the students could feel the changing emotions.

      最后，白欢老师向同学们讲解了心理委员的角色定位，让同学们再次明晰心理委员的身份和任务，也对心理委员的工作更有信心和热情。

      Finally, Teacher Bai Huan explained to the students the role of the psychological committee, so that the students once again clear the identity and task of the psychological committee, but also more confident and enthusiastic about the work of the psychological class committee.
