
为进一步增强学生合理膳食意识,传递健康的生活理念,我校五年级开展了“食物多样,合理搭配”的主题活动。
In order to further enhance the students' awareness of reasonable diet and transmit the concept of healthy life, the fifth grade of our school carried out the theme activity of "Food diversity, reasonable collocation".

为此,我们邀请了我校的健康副校长、都江堰市疾控中心传防科代思雅科长为我们讲解,课上代思雅科长围绕什么是平衡膳食、食物多样的基本原则等方面详细介绍了膳食指南,让学生知道如何吃得健康又快乐。
We invited Ms. Dai from the Dujiangyan Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Vice President of health of our school, to explain to us.
  
各班也通过班会课,让学生进一步了解了中国居民平衡膳食宝塔健康饮食的要求及食物的搭配方法。
Through the class meeting classes, students further understand the requirements of Chinese residents' balanced diet pagoda healthy diet and food collocation methods.
    
结合这些营养知识,同学们回家后也开始动手设计自己的健康食谱。
Combined with these nutritional knowledge, students also began to design their own healthy recipes after going home.
       
通过此次活动的开展,向全体同学普及了更多营养健康知识,同时宣传了营养均衡、合理膳食的好习惯。希望孩子们科学膳食,合理汲取营养,快乐学习,健康成长!
