灌州·聚力｜“都江堰好课堂”2.0建设专项活动——全市小学英语新教材教师培训 Training Activity

      2024 年9月13日（星期五），由都江堰市中小学教育研究室主办、都江堰市灌州小学承办的“都江堰好课堂”2.0建设系列活动——都江堰市2024年外研版《英语》（新标准）小学修订版教材教师培训在灌州小学如期圆满举行。来自都江堰市34所小学（含九年制学校）的全体三年级英语教师参加了本次培训。

      On September 13th, the teacher training of the revised version of the primary school textbook was successfully held in Guanzhou Primary School as scheduled.

      此次培训中，外研版《英语》（新标准）小学修订版教材编写核心作者、成都市教育科学研究院小学英语教研员樊波老师莅临指导，都江堰市小学英语教研员杨名老师主持活动。

      In this training, Teacher Fan Bo came to guide, and Teacher Yang Ming presided over the activity.

      培训期间，我校马长俊校长也来到现场，与樊波老师积极探讨新教材的变化。

      Principal Ma Changjun of our school also came to the scene and actively discussed the changes of the new teaching materials with Teacher Fan Bo.

      樊波老师对修订版教材从教材更新迭代的意义、教材编写的理念及内在逻辑、单元知识内容结构化呈现、遵循认知规律，培养思维品质、以评促学，以评促教这五个方面进行了详细阐述。

      Teacher Fan Bo elaborated on the revised version of the textbook from five aspects.

      她提出教材应发挥培根铸魂、立德树人的作用，更要与时俱进、面向未来，遵循认识规律、培养思维品质。

      She proposed that the role of teaching materials should be to keep pace with the times and face the future.

      紧接着，参会的老师们围绕新教材的挑战与一线教学实践中的困惑，纷纷踊跃提问，展现出高度的求知欲与探索精神。樊波老师则以她深厚的专业知识和丰富的教学经验，耐心且全面地回应了每一位老师的疑问，为现场带来了深刻的见解和实用的建议。

      Immediately afterwards, the participating teachers actively asked questions about the challenges of the new teaching materials and the confusion in the front-line teaching practice.

      在会议尾声，我市小学英语教研员杨名老师进行了总结性的阐述，并向我市辛勤耕耘在教育一线的小学英语教师们，就新教材教研工作的深化与教师专业成长的培养路径，用“一个领悟、一种感受、一声感谢、一份期待”总结和激励参培教师要深刻领悟新教材的核心理念，抓住新课改带来的师生共长的契机，紧跟新课改的步伐，以开放、创新的姿态在教学中，践行新课标、用好新教材、赋能新课堂，共同助推都江堰市小学英语教育教学的整体高质量发展。

      At the end of the meeting, Teacher Yang Ming made a summary elaboration.

      通过本次培训，我校英语教育将更加紧密遵循课程标准，以新教材为基础，通过实践活动作为学习的桥梁，持续进行教学研究与创新。

      Through this training, our English education will more closely follow the curriculum standards and continue to carry out teaching research and innovation.
