灌州·聚力｜青蓝传承 同心共进——2024-2025学年度“青蓝工程”结对Mentoring Activity

      为充分发挥学校骨干教师的示范引领作用，进一步加大对青年教师的培养力度，帮助青年教师不断提高教育教学水平和科研能力，9月10日，学校“青蓝工程”教师结对活动如约开启。

      在宣读2024-2025学年度“青蓝工程”结对教师名单后，学校为本次指导教师们颁发聘书，一纸聘书满载传承和嘱托，更寄予新的期许和责任，希望他们的坚守与奉献点燃更多青年教师的成长之路，同时也开启青蓝双方一段教学相长、携手共进的新征程。
