灌州·聚力｜躬耕二十载 携手向未来 ——2024年秋季学期工作培训会（四）

      新学期伊始，为了更好提升教师的教学水平，促进教师的专业发展，8月30日，我校分学科召开了新学期培训会，旨在提升教师素质、明确新学期工作方向、加强师德师风建设，以及提高教育教学质量。

      Our school held a new term training meeting by subject on 30 August.

 语文篇 

      语文学科大组长王君老师在学科大组会议上，把28号参加全市“小学语文教师专业能力提升培训”会议的主要内容向全体语文教师进行了分享和培训。

      Wang Jun, shared the main content of the conference on Professional Competence Enhancement Training for Primary Chinese Teachers’.

      课程发展与指导中心任红主任从如何建立学科小组和教学八认真的落实等方面进行阐述，要求老师们认真备课、认真批改作业、做好跨学科学习的备课工作，为教学工作注入活力和方向。

      Director Ren Hong elaborated on how to set up subject panels and the implementation of teaching and learning.

      王君大组长对新学期语文大组工作计划进行了深入解读，涵盖教学八认真、积累与书写的强基跟进、整本书阅读以及养成良好的答题习惯四个方面，为本学期学科发展勾勒出清晰的蓝图。Wang Jun gave an in-depth explanation of the work plan for the new semester.

 数学篇 

      数学学科大组长叶轩君对新学期的数学学科工作计划做了细致地解读，要求教师们继续落实新课程标准，改革课堂教学，促进师生发展；强化课堂常规管理，优化备课，提升课堂效率；加强质量监测，及时反馈，提高教学质量。接着，数学教研组长根据学科大组的工作计划，对本教研组新学期的工作做了具体安排和说明，让老师们对新学期的工作做到心中有数。

      Ye Xuanjun made a detailed interpretation of the work plan for the new term of the mathematics subject, so that the teachers could have a clear idea of the work in the new term.

 英语篇 

      英语学科大组长周丽对新学期的工作计划进行了深入解读。明确了以提升学生英语学科素养为目标，通过创新教学方法、丰富教学资源，打造充满活力的英语课堂。强调要加强集体备课，发挥团队优势，共同研讨教学重难点，分享教学经验和技巧。同时，积极开展教研活动，提升教师专业水平。此外，还探讨了如何加强与家长的沟通合作，共同促进学生的英语学习。

      Zhou Li gave an in-depth interpretation of the work plan for the new semester. They also discussed how to strengthen communication and cooperation with parents. Parents and the school work together to promote students' English learning.

 综合篇 

      综合学科组大组长王娅老师进行新学期综合学科工作计划解读，对本学期的工作进行要求和安排，加强学科教师学习力度；紧抓学科教研教学；提高教师教学整体水平；强调安全，针对社团、训练队工作，提高竞赛成绩，全面促进学生综合能力的发展。

      Ms Wang Ya gave an explanation of the work plan for integrated subjects in the new term.

      课程服务与管理中心向荣丽主任针对教师个人工作计划模板进行解读分析，要求综合学科教师要持续加强基本功的提升，扎实开展教研活动；要有质量意识和团队意识，在各级比赛中发挥优势；要做到在专业上对学生有一定的引导，打造高质量社团。

      Xiang Rongli interpreted and analysed the work plan template.

      面对新学期新的目标、新的挑战，各学科教师信心百倍，立足当下奋斗，展望无限未来。在未来的教育路程中将付诸更多的热忱与耐心，坚守淳朴真挚的教育初心，砥砺前行！In the future, we will put more enthusiasm and patience into our education journey, and stick to the simple and sincere original heart of education, and move forward!
