灌州·校家社｜开学不慌，教子有方——我校家长认真学习“家长开学第一课” 1st Lesson for Parents

      为引导家长树立科学的教育理念，和孩子一起为新的旅程“加满油”。成都市教育局邀请校长和家长围坐分享，通过线上直播的方式，与全市家长进行讨论和互动，希望通过具体方法指导，帮助家长和孩子真正实现有效地陪伴和沟通，让我们都不慌！

      Chengdu Municipal Education Bureau invited headmasters and parents to sit around and share their experiences. The event was broadcast live online to discuss and interact with parents across the city. The aim is to help parents and children really achieve effective accompaniment and communication through specific methodological guidance.

      成都市第二中学党委书记史玉川老师给大家分享了积极有效的亲子相处方式：

      1.建议家长做好角色定位，成为孩子的同盟军、助力者、倾听人。

      2.家长可以尝试自说自话，不求回报。

      3.孩子的品行比成绩更重要。

      4.家长做好孩子的示范者、陪伴者。

      Shi Yuchuan, from Chengdu No. 2 Middle School, shared positive and effective ways to spend time with parents and children.

      成都市石室中学赵清芳副校长向家长们分享了如何去理性地比较：

      1.让孩子和过去的自我相比较。不断成长，小树苗终将长成参天大树。

      2.和别人家孩子相比较时，要从优势视角，而非短板视角看待自己孩子的长处。

      3.和他人比较时，用欣赏的眼光看他人的优点，自信的眼光看自己的特点。
