      《中小学班主任规定》强调：班主任是中小学日常思想道德教育和学生管理工作的主要实施者，是学生健康成长的重要引领者，应努力成为学生的人生导师。

     The head teacher should endeavour to become the students’ life coach.

     加强班主任队伍建设是坚持育人为本、德育为先的重要体现。为了进一步提升全体班主任的综合治班能力，同时积极践行全员育人、全学科育人的理念，提升全体教师综合素养，8月29日上午，灌州小学全体教师在学术厅，进行了主题为“做一名有温度的老师”的班主任治班策略分享。

     In the morning of 29th August, all the teachers shared their classroom strategies.

     全体班主任重点从“班级情况、治班理念、建设目标、治班策略、建设成果”五个方面进行了梳理总结。他们丰富的治班经验、可操作的治班策略、感人的师生故事……给全体教师留下了深刻印象，也碰撞出了更多思维的花火。

     They shared their rich classroom experience, actionable classroom strategies, and touching stories of teachers and students.

     关注学生身心健康，尊重学生个性发展，以立德树人为根本前提实施多元化教育教学……在灌小班主任的分享中体现得淋漓尽致。

     Their sharing reflected the concern for students‘ physical and mental health, respect for students’ personality development, and the implementation of diversified education.

     李坤副校长总结道：此次班主任治班策略分享非常成功，既展现了班主任在日常工作中的智慧与仁爱，给人以启发；也看出了班主任工作的不易，但我们相信，有了众多经验的推广和共同努力，我们的班主任工作定会更加成熟、高效。
