灌州·教师｜我校教师参加四川省第七届新岗、青岗教师“1+x”能力体系情景式研训活动Training Activities

      青年教师既是青年，又是教师，更是肩负历史使命的重要群体! 7月6日至7月11日，我校十余名青年教师前往成都石室小学参加“师之鸣”大讲堂四川省第七届新岗、青岗教师“1+x”能力体系情景式研训活动。

      Young teachers are an important group that shoulders the historical mission! From July 6th to July 11th, more than ten young teachers from our school participated in the research and training activities.

      此次研训活动内容丰富，包括了教育心理运用、课程教材运用、教学设计运用、课堂教学运用、作业管理运用、班级管理运用、教科研究运用、教师技能发展八大体系。培训会上，专家们从课前磨砺、课中组织、课后反馈、班级管理、班科协调、家校交流等多维度进行交流。引导年轻教师在“立德树人”要求下着力课堂改进和学生发展等方面进行探索。

      The content of this research and training activity is rich, including eight major systems such as the application of educational psychology and curriculum materials.

      为了积极践行陶行知先生“知行合一”“教学做合一”的思想，整个过程一共安排了四次实作。教师先自己去探索，主动思考，然后再听名师的课，与名师互动，让理论知识和实践操作充分结合。

      Teachers should first explore and actively think on their own, and then listen to lectures from renowned teachers to fully integrate theoretical knowledge with practical operations.

      经过6天的学习，老师们取得了丰硕的成果。其中，7名老师荣获“优秀学员”称号，多位老师在教学设计比赛中获奖。

      After 6 days of study, teachers have achieved fruitful results.

      学履不停，行而不辍。在今后的工作中，老师们将学以致用，笃行致远，绽放自己的教育风采！

      In future work, teachers will apply what they have learned, practice diligently, and shine with their own educational style!
