
为进一步落实新课标理念在课堂中的有效利用,提升教研活动的有效性,更新语文教师教学理念,灌小语文教师于6月30日开始了暑期集中培训,都江堰市乡村振兴教育第七联盟向峨小学的老师们也全程参加了此次培训活动。
On June 30th, Chinese teachers began their summer training, and the teachers from Xiange Primary School also participated in the entire training activity.

此次培训特别邀请了成都市教科院语文教研员及小学语文教学专家罗良建老师、都江堰市小学语文教研员任小英老师莅临学校,指导我校暑期培训工作。
This training specially invited teaching experts Luo Liangjian and Ren Xiaoying to visit our school and guide our summer training work.

专家引领
成都市教科院语文教研员罗良建老师与老师们探讨了语文是什么?语文有什么用?语文该怎么学?罗老师强调,语文最根本的就是阅读,它是共情与思考的基础。通过激励、唤醒、鼓舞这样不断循环往复的方法,让学生在阅读中逐渐化为内在动力。
Teacher Luo emphasized that the most fundamental aspect of Chinese is reading, which is the foundation of empathy and reflection.

都江堰市小学语文教研员任小英老师也一致认为,老师们应该与学生一起读“快乐读书吧”,阅读中要多方面、多角度进行评价。任老师特别提出了整本书阅读,一定要通过过程性评价、总结性评价等方式来促进学生阅读,提高阅读的质量。
Teacher Ren proposed that the whole book reading should be promoted through process evaluation, summary evaluation, and other methods to promote student reading.

暑期集中培训内容标准的解读
会上,灌小李副校长叮嘱老师们要趁暑假时期,真正地拿起书来读,要把阅读的过程和备课的过程变成学习的过程。再把2022版《新课标》进行阅读,尤其是“学业质量”部分。多看教育类的书籍,多渠道、多方面学习,把思考融进阅读和备课过程中去。
During the summer vacation, when truly picking up a book to read, turn the process of reading and lesson preparation into the process of learning.
 
任红主任在会上也向专家们提出了老师们的共同困惑:整本书阅读如何才能真正地落实到每一位学生?导读课、推进课如何进行过程性评价?分享课如何进行多种形式的总结性评价?这些问题与专家们进行了深入探讨,任红主任也对老师们提出了具体要求。
These issues have been deeply discussed with experts, and Director Ren Hong has also put forward specific requirements for the teachers.
 
学科组组长王君老师在会上对老师们的集中备课做了详细的解读和安排。
