灌州·教师 | 我校开展暑期教师培训一英语学科English Group Training

      为了进一步落实立德树人根本任务，探索学校教育教学质量提升的新路径，6月30日，我校开启了“致初心 敬未来”暑期教师培训活动。在英语学科培训中，学校邀请到了成都市小学英语教研员樊波老师和都江堰市小学英语教研员杨名老师莅临学校指导英语组暑期培训工作，为下学期更好地开展教学工作打下坚实的基础。

      On June 30th, our school launched a summer teacher training activity. In the English group training, Fan Bo, a primary school English teacher and researcher in Chengdu, and Yang Ming, a primary school English teacher and researcher in Dujiangyan, were invited to school to guide the training of the English group

      樊波老师介绍了英语学科新教材的特点，并强调了阅读的重要性；还针对于我们英语跨学科主题教学困惑一一进行了解答。最后樊波老师指出我们要注重“教-学-评”一体化设计，要充分理解评价的作用，将评价结果应用到进一步改进教学和提高学生学习成效上。

      Teacher Fan Bo introduced the characteristics of the new English textbooks and emphasized the importance of reading.

      杨名老师提出每个孩子都是独特的个体，我们要优化个性化教学方式，更好地满足学生的学习需求，提高他们的学习效果和兴趣，培养他们的英语能力。

      Yang Ming proposed that we should optimize personalized teaching methods and cultivate students' English abilities.

      英语组大组长周丽老师根据专家指导建议，组织各年级组认真制定单元课时规划和单元教学设计，优化作业设计，做到全面落实灌小学子英语学科核心素养，助力学生全面发展。

      Teacher Zhou Li, the leader of the English group, organized each grade to carefully develop unit lesson plans and other content based on expert guidance and suggestions.

      学无止境，研无终点。我校英语组老师在暑期培训中深研细悟，进一步更新自己的教学理念，同时积极着手制定教学工作的准备和开拓创新，为切实提升学生的英语核心素养贡献自己的智慧和力量。

      During the summer training, the English group teachers delved deeper into their understanding and further updated their teaching philosophy, contributing their wisdom and strength to enhance students' core English literacy.
