灌州·教师 | 我校开展暑期教师培训——综合学科Comprehensive Group Training

      为进一步落实新课标理念在课堂中的有效应用，提升教研活动的有效性，更新各学科教师教学理念，为新学期教育教学各项工作做好准备，6月30日，我校开启了“致初心 敬未来”暑期教师培训活动。

      In order to prepare for all aspects of education and teaching in the new semester,，on June 30th, our school launched a teacher training activity.

      此次培训会议由综合组组长王娅老师主持，综合组全体老师参会。王娅老师分别从教研、教学、活动三个方面对本学期综合大组工作进行总结。

      Wang Ya summarized the comprehensive group work for this semester from three aspects: teaching research, teaching, and activities.

      向荣丽主任分别从教师工作态度、工作方法、课堂组织教学、教师个人专业能力等几方面，对综合组全体教师提出希望。随后，向主任就暑期培训的教学设计要求等为老师作详细讲解。

      Subsequently, Director Xiang Rongli provided a detailed explanation to the teacher on the teaching design requirements for summer training.

      2日下午，综合组老师们在各教研组长的带领下，再次学习2022年版课程标准，研讨学科内容。各学科老师们通过交流探讨，深入讨论如何开展高效课堂，在观念的碰撞与交流中，及时发现问题，并在今后教学中融会贯通。教研活动后，各教研组分年级集体进行新学期的教学设计备课。

      After the teaching and research activity on the afternoon of the 2nd, each teaching and research group divided into grade groups to carry out teaching design and lesson preparation for the new semester.

      道阻且长，行则将至，行而不辍，未来可期！综合组全体教师将把智慧化桨，以专业为帆，乘风蓄力，踏浪而行，用昂扬斗志再上新台阶！

      All teachers in the comprehensive group will turn wisdom into oars and take it to a new level with high fighting spirit!
