灌州·均衡|乡村振兴教育第七联盟开展教学研讨工作Rural Revitalization Alliance Activity

      以研促教,以教促学。为持续推进都江堰市乡村振兴教育第七联盟工作,切实加强课堂教学过程管理,打造扎实高效的常态课堂,促进联盟学校教学质量的提升。2024年6月6日,灌州小学、蒲阳小学与向峨小学联合教研活动在向峨小学开展。都江堰市教育局党组成员、市纪委监委派驻市教育局纪检组组长毛春妹、教研室小学数学教研员胡涛以及三校校长和教师代表参加了此次研讨活动。

      On June 6, 2024, the joint teaching and research activities of Guanzhou Primary School, Puyang Primary School and Xiang'e Primary School were launched in Xiang'e Primary School.


      根据此次教研活动计划以及前期的教研主题沟通,老师们走进了课堂,对向峨小学老师们的课堂进行了观课议课。According to the teaching and research plan and the communication in the early stage, the teachers walked into the classroom and observed and discussed the classroom of the teachers of Xiang'e Primary School.

      “独思则滞而不通,独为则困而不就”,课堂教学结束后,教研员胡涛老师带领灌州小学、蒲阳小学的老师们对向峨小学的常态课堂展示进行研讨交流。授课老师自评反思,听课老师们秉持着敞开自我、共同研讨、乐于分享的心态交流学习。

      After the end of the classroom teaching, teacher Hu Tao led the teachers of Guanzhou Primary School and Puyang Primary School to discuss and exchange the normal classroom display of Xiang'e Primary School.


      随后,都江堰市教育局党组成员毛春妹组长对本次活动进行了总结,她指出本次联合教研活动的开展,搭建了学校间的交流平台。活动立足教学实际,着眼教学质量提升,操作性,实效性强。第七联盟持续开展的教研活动有效地促进了教师间相互学习,实现了资源共享和共同提高。

      Subsequently, team leader Mao Chunmei summarized the activity, and pointed out that the development of this joint teaching and research activity has built a communication platform between schools.


      “教以共进,研以致远”,此次活动既有扎实的课例也有深度的对话,还有课堂的改进措施,这都将促进联盟学校老师们在教研之路上坚定方向,且行且思且收获。

      This activity will promote the teachers of the alliance schools to strengthen their direction on the road of teaching and research, and to think and gain by doing.
