灌州·均衡｜开展规范管理交流 推进联盟学校有序发展Rural Education Exchange

      为加强乡村振兴教育第七联盟学校间的常态交流，推进联盟学校有序发展，5月22日，灌州小学教师发展中心主任李书、蒲阳小学办公室主任师治前往向峨小学进行学校规范管理交流活动。本次活动旨在通过分享各自学校的管理经验和部门流程，共同提升教育教学水平，为学生创造更加优质的学习环境。

      活动伊始，老师们在向峨小学会议室进行了深入的座谈。灌州小学和蒲阳小学分别介绍了各自学校在规范管理、教学教研、德育工作等方面的经验和做法，向峨小学孙春校长和教师们也分享了他们在学校管理中的心得体会。通过交流，大家一致认为，规范管理是学校发展的基石，只有建立起科学、系统的管理制度，才能确保学校各项工作的有序进行。

      At the beginning of the activity, the teachers had an in-depth discussion in the meeting room of Xiange Primary School.

      随后，参与活动的教师们共同查看了向峨小学的学校管理资料，在查看资料的过程中，教师们还就学校管理中的一些具体情况进行了探讨和交流。学校管理的规范化、制度化是提升教育教学质量的重要保障，同时也是推动学校持续发展的重要因素。
