灌州·健康｜你好，我的青春期——我校开展青春期专题讲座Adolescence Lectures

      青春如火，燃烧着激情与活力；青春如花，绽放着智慧和希望。在青春期，同学们的身心快速发育，不断发生新变化，同时也会迎来新的问题与挑战。为了进一步加强对学生们的生理与心理健康教育，帮助他们更好地度过青春期，了解青春期生理与心理健康知识，正确对待心理困惑，我校于2024年5月13日分别开展了五年级男生场和女生场的青春期心理健康讲座，白柯老师担任主讲人。

      During adolescence, students experience rapid physical and mental development, constantly undergoing new changes. Our school has conducted lectures on adolescent mental health for fifth grade boys and girls.Teacher Bai Ke is the main speaker.

女生专场

      讲座伊始，白柯老师热情洋溢，从青春期女生的身体发育、心理变化等知识进行讲解。

      At the beginning of the lecture, Teacher Bai Ke explained the physical and psychological development of adolescent girls.

      随后，白老师分析了随着青春期的到来可能会带来的种种困惑和疑虑，鼓励女孩子们勇敢面对这些变化，积极寻求解决问题的方法。

      Teacher Bai analyzed the confusion and doubts that adolescence may bring and encouraged girls to bravely face these changes and actively seek solutions to problems.

      同时，白老师还向同学们科普了“防性侵教育”，了解自己的隐私部位；明白隐私部分禁止触摸；了解性侵害的含义及如何分辨性侵和性骚扰，让孩子们学会如何正确保护自己。

      At the same time, Teacher Bai also popularized "anti sexual assault education" to his classmates, allowing them to learn how to protect themselves correctly.

      最后，白老师和孩子们进行问答互动，提问如何正确看待“青春期”恋爱，学习如何处理青春期异性关系；学会如何建立互相尊重、友爱和负责任的人际关系。这一环节不仅锻炼了孩子们的实践能力，还让她们对异性交往有了更深刻的理解。

      Finally, Teacher Bai and the children engaged in a Q&A interaction, which deepened their understanding of heterosexual communication.

      整场活动孩子们都非常认真地记着笔记，和白老师积极互动，大胆地表达、和大家探讨自己内心最真的想法和感受。

男生专场

      白老师首先向孩子们科普大家是如何来到这个世界上的，孩子们都积极互动，表达自己的想法。

      同时，白老师通过现场提问、视频播放以及图文并茂的讲解方式，向男同学们详细介绍了“青春期的定义、男生青春期身体变化、心理变化、卫生与保健”等方面的知识，引导他们正确面对青春期的变化，学会保护自己。

      Teacher Bai gave a detailed introduction to the knowledge of adolescence to male students, guiding them to face the changes in adolescence correctly.

      随后，向孩子们科普“防性侵教育”，通过真实案例和科普视频让大家正确认识并了解性侵害、如何防止性侵害、男生也会遭受性侵、被性侵后该如何做、男生性侵的案例、男生性侵的后果等相关教育。

      Using real-life cases and popular science videos to help everyone have a correct understanding and understanding of sexual assault.

      最后，白老师通过案例讲解引导学生正确处理异性之间的关系，懂得男女有别，把握好其中的“度”，让学生认识到在青春期与异性交往中应保持社交距离，对双方而言既是尊重也是保护。

      整场活动孩子们都热情高涨、积极与白老师进行互动交流，增强了自我防范意识，更好了解自己、接纳自己、保护自己，正确应对青春期的到来。
