灌州·阅读｜​“阅”成长 “悦”分享——教师读书分享会（一）Reading Sharing Activity

      为了深入贯彻全民阅读的精神，形成爱读书、读好书、善读书的浓厚氛围，我校积极响应，每周定期举办教师“阅”成长·“悦”分享读书分享会。我们坚信，通过阅读，教师可以不断提升自身素质，拓宽视野，为教育事业注入新的活力。在营造一个良好的学习氛围的同时，让每位教师都有机会展示自己的阅读成果，同时也能够从中汲取他人的智慧与经验。

      Our school regularly holds teacher reading sharing activities every week. We can continuously improve our own qualities. Every teacher has the opportunity to showcase their reading achievements while also drawing on the wisdom and experience of others.

      程小彬老师分享《教育的目的》

      这本书的主题是关于教育的目的，即培养什么样的人，以及如何培养人。教育的本质不是灌输知识，而是引导学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题，进而实现自我价值的过程。

      The book shared by Teacher Cheng Xiaobin is about the purpose of education. The essence of education is not to impart knowledge, but to guide students to solve problems.

      杜鹃老师分享《跟情绪做朋友-教师情绪管理与成长》

      “人非草木，孰能无情”，情绪充斥着我们的生活，无时无刻不在影响着我们。有时候，它是五彩阳光，让我们享受生活的缤纷，人不能凌驾于情绪之上，只能和情绪做朋友。

      The book shared by Teacher Du Juan is about emotions. Emotions fill our lives and constantly influence us. People cannot be above emotions, they can only be friends with emotions.

      王宇老师分享《小王子》

      怀揣童心，推开教育另一扇窗。用心读读《小王子》，这本书如水般澄清透彻，使人安宁且心生暖意，怀着一颗童心，像小狐狸说的那样，用心去感受生活。

      This book is as clear and thorough as water, with a childlike heart, as the little fox said, to feel life with heart.

      谢雨含老师分享《正是橙黄橘绿时》

      “一年好景君须记，正是橙黄橘绿时”。正如书中所说“生活中，并不是每天都会下雨，也不是每晚都出星星”。生活的诗意未必在远方，珍惜手边的每一寸光阴，都有可能给出丰硕喜人的果实。

      As the book says, "In life, it doesn't rain every day, nor do stars appear every night.". Cherish every inch of time at hand, it is possible to give abundant and delightful fruits.

      梁小琴老师分享《做一个学生喜欢的老师》

      在书中于永正老师详谈了学生之所以喜欢老师的原因，联系到自身，教师要学会宽容；其次，教师要善待每一个学生；再次，教师要树立良好的师德形象。

Teachers should learn to be tolerant. Teachers should treat every student well. Teachers should establish a good image of professional ethics.

      徐瑀老师分享《做不抱怨的教师》

      这本书帮助教师适应快速变化的社会，改变职业倦怠的状态；也为教师增添思想上的养分，心灵上的慰藉；为了给教师新的工作思路和方法，让教师掌握丰富多样的教育素材。

      This book helps teachers adapt to the rapidly changing society and change the state of professional burnout. It also adds intellectual nourishment and spiritual comfort to teachers.

      蔡小艳老师分享《做温暖的教育者》

      教育者的角色不仅仅是传授知识，更是温暖的引领者。教师应该观察学生的需求，与学生建立良好的关系，用心倾听学生的心声，为学生传递温暖的力量，为孩子们的成长护航！

The role of educators is not only to impart knowledge, but also to be warm leaders. Teachers should establish good relationships with students, convey warmth and support their growth.

      周丽老师分享《太阳下山有月光》

      太阳下山有月光，月亮西沉有朝阳，停止内耗是实现个人成长和进步的关键。我们应该注重内心的平静和富足，学会接受不确定性，并且珍惜当下的机会和资源。只有这样，我们才能真正活出自己的价值和意义。

      We should pay attention to inner peace and prosperity, cherish current opportunities and resources. In this way, we can truly live out our own value and meaning.

      扈正敏老师分享《重新思考》

      在阅读过程中，我深感这本书带来的震撼，它让我意识到，思维的力量是如此强大，而思维的陷阱又如此之多，我惊叹于作者的洞察力和深度。

      This book made me realize how powerful the power of thinking is, and I was amazed by the author's insight and depth.

      在每周的分享环节中，老师们阐述了近期阅读中令自己深受启发的几个观点，并结合自己的教学实践与生活进行了解读。老师们分享的内容既富有理论深度，又紧密结合实际，赢得了在场教师的阵阵掌声。

      The teachers elaborated on several viewpoints that inspired them deeply in reading, and interpreted them based on their teaching practice and daily life. Won waves of applause.

      通过读书分享会激发了教师们对阅读的热情，同时也为教师们提供了一个相互学习、共同进步的平台。我们相信，在未来的日子里，我们会继续坚持阅读、分享、成长的理念，共同努力打造一个更加美好的教育环境。让我们携手共进，以书为伴，共同成长！
