
为了深入贯彻全民阅读的精神,形成爱读书、读好书、善读书的浓厚氛围,我校积极响应,每周定期举办教师“阅”成长·“悦”分享读书分享会。我们坚信,通过阅读,教师可以不断提升自身素质,拓宽视野,为教育事业注入新的活力。在营造一个良好的学习氛围的同时,让每位教师都有机会展示自己的阅读成果,同时也能够从中汲取他人的智慧与经验。
Our school regularly holds teacher reading sharing activities every week. We can continuously improve our own qualities. Every teacher has the opportunity to showcase their reading achievements while also drawing on the wisdom and experience of others.

程小彬老师分享《教育的目的》
这本书的主题是关于教育的目的,即培养什么样的人,以及如何培养人。教育的本质不是灌输知识,而是引导学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题,进而实现自我价值的过程。
The book shared by Teacher Cheng Xiaobin is about the purpose of education. The essence of education is not to impart knowledge, but to guide students to solve problems.
 
杜鹃老师分享《跟情绪做朋友-教师情绪管理与成长》
“人非草木,孰能无情”,情绪充斥着我们的生活,无时无刻不在影响着我们。有时候,它是五彩阳光,让我们享受生活的缤纷,人不能凌驾于情绪之上,只能和情绪做朋友。
The book shared by Teacher Du Juan is about emotions. Emotions fill our lives and constantly influence us. People cannot be above emotions, they can only be friends with emotions.
 
王宇老师分享《小王子》

梁小琴老师分享《做一个学生喜欢的老师》
在书中于永正老师详谈了学生之所以喜欢老师的原因,联系到自身,教师要学会宽容;其次,教师要善待每一个学生;再次,教师要树立良好的师德形象。

徐瑀老师分享《做不抱怨的教师》
