灌州·安全｜生命安全记于心 防震演练践于行——我校开展地震应急疏散演练活动Earthquake Evacuation Drill

      为了增强师生防地震安全意识，提高师生应急疏散避险能力， 培养学生应急逃生自救技能，确保师生生命安全，我校于2024年5月11日组织全校师生进行了以“生命安全记于心，防震演练践于行”为主题的地震应急疏散演练活动。

      In order to enhance teachers' and students' awareness of earthquake safety, improve teachers' and students' ability of emergency evacuation, cultivate students' emergency escape and self-rescue skills, and ensure the life safety of teachers and students, our school organized an earthquake emergency evacuation drill with the theme of "Keeping life safety in mind and practicing earthquake prevention Drill in action" on May 11, 2024.

      为确保演练有序地开展，5月11日上午，我校召开了地震应急疏散演练部署会议。叶体平副校长根据演练预案、方案明确了本次防震应急疏散演练活动的内容、流程及具体分工，详细讲解应急避险方法、疏散路线、安全避险区域等内容，确保活动安全有序开展。

      In order to ensure the orderly development of the drill, on the morning of May 11, our school held an earthquake emergency evacuation drill deployment meeting. According to the drill plan and plan, Vice President Ye Tiping clarified the content, process and specific division of labor of this earthquake emergency evacuation drill, and explained in detail the emergency avoidance methods, evacuation routes, safe avoidance areas and other contents to ensure the safe and orderly development of the activity.

      在演练前，我校五年级一班同学们利用周一进行了主题为“防灾减灾日”的国旗下演讲，同学们用深情的语言纪念四川汶川大地震故去的人们，悼念遇难同胞，汲取教训，提醒同学们要时刻加强安全意识，珍爱生命，努力增强自我防范能力，时刻注意防灾减灾，做到警钟长鸣！

      The students used affectionate language to commemorate the people who died in the Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan Province, mourn for the victims of the compatriots, learn lessons, remind students to always strengthen safety awareness, cherish life, and strive to enhance self-prevention ability.

      各班班主任通过主题班会课，为学生普及地震相关知识和逃生自救技能，让学生熟知防震安全逃生的方法，教会学生在不同时段、不同情景下如何安全有效地撤离；同时，各班主任还强调，不管面对任何灾难，我们都应有所准备，最大限度地保护自己，重视自己的生命。

      Each class director through the theme class meeting classes, for students to popularize earthquake related knowledge and escape self-rescue skills, so that students familiar with earthquake safety escape methods, teach students in different periods, different situations how to safely and effectively evacuate.

      随着第一声警报的响起，各班级立即停止一切活动，以最快的速度组织学生躲在安全的地方紧急避震。在老师的引导下，孩子们快速双手抱头，将身子藏在桌子底下、墙角等“安全三角区”进行紧急避险。

      With the first alarm sounded, each class immediately stopped all activities, and organized students to hide in a safe place as quickly as possible. Under the guidance of the teacher, the children quickly put their hands on their heads and hid their bodies under the table, in the corner and other "safety triangle areas" for emergency avoidance.

      随着第二次警报声响起，各班老师立即组织学生用手护头、低身，沿着预定路线快速、有序撤离到安全地带，演练中老师们密切关注学生，确保每位学生安全撤离。

      As the second alarm sounded, the teachers of each class immediately organized the students to cover their heads with their hands, lower their bodies, and evacuate to safety quickly and orderly along the predetermined route. During the drill, the teachers paid close attention to the students to ensure that each student evacuated safely.

      到达安全地点后，各班老师迅速清点班级学生人数并向年级组长汇报，年级组长立刻向叶体平副校长汇报，人数清点确保无误后，警报解除。

      After arriving at the safe place, each class teacher quickly counted the number of students in the class and reported to the grade leader, the grade leader immediately reported to the vice principal Ye Tiping, the number of people counted to ensure that the alarm was lifted.

      演练结束后，叶体平副校长对本次演练活动进行总结，表扬了全体师生在演练过程中反应迅速、疏散有序。同时他还强调了安全意识及自救常识的提前教育和演练的重要性，切实将安全教育落实在每日活动的各个环节，守护好学生的安全是我们义不容辞的责任。

      同学们也利用周末时间在家和父母准时观看“四川省防灾减灾科普宣传进校园主题活动”，一起学习正确的应急避险措施，提高在自然灾害面前的自我保护能力，筑牢安全“防护墙”。

防灾减灾倡议书

尊敬的各位师生、家长朋友：

      今年5月12日是第16个全国防灾减灾日，主题是“人人讲安全、个个会应急——着力提升基层防灾避险能力”。

      日常生活中，灾害风险和安全隐患无处不在，为提高全社会灾害风险防范应对能力，减轻灾害带给我们的伤痛和损失，现向广大师生家长发出倡议——防灾减灾，从我做起！

      一、提高灾害风险意识，减轻灾害风险隐患。灾害风险和安全隐患无处不在，为此我们要努力提高自身风险防范意识，主动了解身边的灾害风险隐患，熟悉紧急逃生路径和应急避难场所位置，备好应急物资，牢牢掌握防范化解重大安全风险、遏制重大事故灾害的主动权。

      二、学习防灾减灾知识，提高避险自救技能。防灾减灾知识是自救互救的基础，我们要通过电视、报纸、互联网等多种途径学习了解洪涝、地震、火灾、洪水等灾害发生的特点，掌握应急逃生、自救互救等基础知识和基本技能，面对灾害时才能临危不乱、沉着应对。只有每个人都提高防灾减灾的意识，提高避险自救的能力，才能有效保护自己和家人的安全，全面筑牢防灾减灾的安全防线。

      三、加强家庭安全防范，做好灾害应对准备。家庭安全是防灾减灾的重要环节，我们要按规定安装和使用供气、供水、供电等设施，不随意占用消防通道，杜绝在走廊、楼梯等公共场所堆放杂物；家中不存放易燃可燃物，注意明火使用安全，自觉养成用火不离人的习惯；电动车不要在楼道内和家里充电；积极做好家庭灾害应对准备，自觉配备家用急救箱、逃生绳、收音机、手电筒、口哨、灭火器、常用药品等减灾器材和救生物品，提高灾害应对能力，减少灾害损失；要教育孩子学习自救技能和安全知识，遵守交通规则，不到河边、水库嬉戏或游泳。

      四、全民参与积极动员，共建和谐美丽家园。我们要从自身做起，积极参与单位、学校和社区组织的各项防灾减灾活动，主动参加避险逃生演练，争当防灾减灾宣传志愿者，向家人、朋友及周围的人们义务宣传防灾减灾知识，形成“防灾减灾，人人参与”氛围，提高防灾减灾能力，共同守护美好家园。   

防灾减灾永远在路上，让我们携起手来，从身边的点滴安全小事做起，全面提高综合防灾减灾救灾能力，共筑抵御灾害的坚实防线，建设我们美好的家园！
