堰宝·体｜扬体育精神 铸健康体魄 ——2024灌小体育节大课间锻炼展示活动 Exercise Display

      为全面推动阳光体育运动在学校深入开展，贯彻落实学生体质健康管理，使“我运动，我健康”这一理念深入人心，我校在2024年4月28日，开展了灌小2024大课间评比活动。

      Our school carried out the 2024 recess evaluation activity on April 28, 2024.

      本次比赛共由四个部分构成，分别为常态大课间考评、队列展示、七彩阳光课间操展示和花样跳绳展示。

      The competition consists of four parts.

      在庄严的升旗仪式后2024年灌小体育节展示活动拉开了序幕，叶副校长为本次活动致辞。After the flag-raising ceremony, the competition began.

      灌小之星啦啦操代表队为全校同学们加油助威！The cheerleading team cheered on the whole school!

      各班在领操员的带领下列队入场，他们服装统一、步伐整齐、精神饱满。伴随着两操音乐的响起，同学们昂首挺胸，伸臂、扩胸、转体、踢腿，举手投足间都洋溢着活力，展现着快乐与阳光！

      They were dressed in uniform, with neat steps and full of spirit. With the sound of the two exercises music, the students held their heads high, extended their arms, expanded their chest, turned and kicked every movement of the students tried to do their best.

      评委老师们本着“公平、公正、公开”的原则，从进场、服装、动作、精神面貌等方面进行了全面评分。

      Judges in line with the principle of "fairness, justice and openness", from the entrance, clothing, movement, mental outlook and other aspects of a comprehensive score.

      大课间体育活动不仅是一种体育锻炼，更是一种校园精神文化的体现。我校始终坚持让阳光体育活动融入学生的学习和生活，让健康的脉搏启动生命的节奏，让运动的音符唱响人生的凯歌！只要我们心中有梦想，脚步不停息，成功的喜悦就会一路伴随！

      As long as we have a dream in our hearts and our footsteps do not stop, the joy of success will accompany us all the way!
