灌州·均衡｜万源市“巴山名师”培养教师赴我校跟岗培训纪实（五）Training Activities

      最美人间四月天，跟岗名师勇争先。二十五位“巴山名师”培养对象在都江堰市灌州小学迎来了最后一天的研修学习。

      Twenty-five trainees of "Bashan Famous Teachers" had their last day of study in Guanzhou Primary School.

      上午，马长俊校长带领大家来到了中国大熊猫研究中心，为跟岗教师们带来了一场生动而深刻的讲座《指向素养提升的熊猫课程建设与实践》。马校长结合我校熊猫课程建构，围绕跨学科学习活动，详细阐述了如何构建指向学生素养的熊猫课程。

      In the morning, headmaster Ma Changjun led everyone to the China Giant Panda Research Center and gave a vivid and profound lecture on "Panda Curriculum Construction and Practice for Enhancing Literacy" to the following teachers.

      在聚焦班级管理板块，宋敏老师为跟岗教师带来了一场精彩的教育讲座《新形势下班主任工作的内容与方法》。宋老师从当前教育形势出发，深入剖析了班主任工作的内涵与外延，分享了诸多实用的班级管理技巧和方法。跟岗教师们纷纷表示，这场讲座让他们对班主任工作有了更加全面、深入的认识。

      In the focus on class management, Teacher Song Min brought a wonderful educational lecture on the content and methods of class teacher work under the new situation to the following teachers.

      艾小红老师为跟岗教师们带来了一场家校沟通讲座《让我们一起做孩子成长路上的合伙人》。艾老师从各角度出发，探讨了如何与家长建立良好的沟通机制，共同促进孩子的健康成长，通过许多成功的家校沟通案例的分享，让跟岗教师们深受启发。

      Teacher Ai Xiaohong brought a home school communication lecture to the teachers on duty. Teacher Ai explored from various perspectives how to establish a good communication mechanism with parents to jointly promote the healthy growth of children.

      随后，学校白柯老师为大家带来了一场小学生心理危机干预讲座《心理危机的识别与处理》。白老师从心理学的角度出发，详细讲解了小学生心理危机的成因、表现及应对策略，让跟岗教师们对小学生心理危机干预有了更加清晰的认识。

      Subsequently, Teacher Bai Ke brought a lecture on primary school students' psychological crisis intervention titled. From a psychological perspective, she provided a detailed explanation of the causes, manifestations, and coping strategies of primary school students' psychological crises.

      在观看完此次研修培训的总结视频后，跟岗教师们纷纷发言，分享了自己在跟岗学习期间的收获和感悟。大家表示，这次跟岗培训不仅让他们学到了许多先进的教育理念和教学方法，还让他们感受到了我校浓厚的教育氛围。同时，跟岗教师们也表示，将把这次研修学习成果带回自己的学校，为当地教育事业的发展贡献自己的力量。

      Everyone expressed that this on-the-job training not only taught them many advanced educational concepts and teaching methods, but also made them feel the strong educational atmosphere in our school.

      他山之石可以攻玉，我们相信，这次跟岗培训是一次共同成长、一起蜕变的宝贵经历，我校也将继续加强与万源市教育的交流与合作，为建设“巴山画屏·红城万源”贡献更多的教育力量。

      We believe that this training is a valuable experience of mutual growth and transformation. Our school will continue to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with education in Wanyuan, and contribute more educational strength to the construction .
