灌州·均衡｜万源市“巴山名师”培养教师赴我校跟岗培训纪实（四）Training Activities

      万源市“巴山名师”培养教师到我校跟岗培训进入第四天，在跟岗学习过程中，老师们的热情与专注并未减退，反而随着学习而愈发高涨。他们在我校积极参与各项教学活动，深入课堂，不断汲取新的教育理念和教学方法，努力提升自己的教育教学水平。

      Teachers came to our school for the the fourth day of on-the-job training. They actively participated in various teaching activities in our school, delved into the classroom, constantly absorbed new educational concepts and teaching methods, and strive
to improve their educational and teaching level.

      在随班听课后，由我校质量监控中心叶蓓主任进行专题讲座《学校教育教学质量监控与优化》，为教师们提供了专业的指导。讲座中详细讲解了如何有效地监控学校的教育教学质量和优化教学过程管理，使教师们深受启发。

      After attending the class, Director Ye Bei of our school's quality monitoring center gave a special lecture.The lecture provided a detailed explanation on how to effectively monitor the quality of education and teaching in schools and optimize teaching process management, which greatly inspired teachers.

      下午，叶体平副校长根据学校评价体系进行了专题讲座《构建智慧评价体系·促进学生全面发展》，向教师们介绍了构建智慧评价体系的重要性和方法。通过这一讲座，教师们对如何更好地评价学生的学习成果、促进学生的全面发展有了更深入的理解。

      In the afternoon, Vice President Ye Tiping gave a special lecture o based on the school's evaluation system, introducing the importance and methods of building a smart evaluation system to teachers.

      教师们利用下午的时间继续与结对教师沟通完善学习任务，通过实践操作加深对讲座内容的理解。他们纷纷表示，这次跟岗学习不仅让他们收获了宝贵的教学经验，还为他们提供了与同行交流的机会，激发了他们不断探索教育教学方法的热情。

      Teachers continued to communicate with paired teachers in the afternoon to improve their learning tasks and deepen their understanding of the lecture content through practical operations.

      在晚上的微座谈中，部分跟岗教师还进行了学习分享发言。在这个环节中，他们坦诚地分享了自己课堂的优点和不足，并提出了改进的方法。这种自我反思和坦诚交流的氛围，让每一位参与的教师都深受触动。同时学校马长俊校长也继续与跟岗教师交流，为跟岗教师的研修成果梳理提供了有效的指导。

      In the evening micro discussion, some of the on-the-job teachers also gave learning sharing speeches. In this section, they candidly shared the strengths and weaknesses of their classroom and proposed methods for improvement.At the same time, Principal Ma Changjun of the school also continued to communicate with the follow-up teachers, providing effective guidance for the sorting of their training achievements.

      此次跟岗学习的意义和价值不仅在于提升教师们的教育教学水平，更在于促进了教育资源的共享与利用。通过几天的的深入学习与交流，万源市的教师们不仅提升了自己的专业素养，还为推动教育教学的创新与发展做出了积极准备。

      Through several days of in-depth learning and communication, teachers in Wanyuan City have not only improved their professional competence, but also made positive preparations for promoting innovation and development in education and teaching.
