灌州·均衡|万源市“巴山名师”培训教师赴我校跟岗培训纪实(三)Training Activities (三)

      教育是唤醒灵魂的事业,需要思想的碰撞、情感的交流和经验的分享。4月18日,万源市“巴山名师”培养对象在我校迎来了跟岗学习的第三天。

      On April 18th, the trainees of "Bashan Famous Teachers" in Wanyuan City welcomed their third day of on-the-job learning at our school.

      上午,灌小结对导师带领老师们深入课堂听课,一起评课交流。我校老师充分把“共生课堂”模式运用在自己课堂上,遵循了学生的身心发展规律,又体现了对学生能力提升、思维发展、知识运用的重视,得到了跟岗教师的一致肯定。

      In the morning, our teachers summarized that his mentor led the teachers to listen deeply in the classroom, evaluated and exchanged ideas together. Our school teachers have fully applied the "symbiotic classroom" model in their own classrooms,and reflecting their emphasis on improving their abilities, thinking development. This has been unanimously recognized by the teachers on duty


      指导老师艾小红与跟岗教师李巧一起携手走进初夏,共同完成了从《池上》到《小池》的教学旅程。不同地区的教育资源整合,不同教育理念和教学方式的探讨,以及勤学善思与谆谆教诲的碰撞,让本次跟岗学习更加掷地有声。

      Guidance teacher Ai Xiaohong and accompanying teacher Li Qiao completed the teaching journey from "On the Pond" to "Little Pond" together.


      数学学科的跟岗教师和我校数学教师一起参与了我校青年教师肖睿老师的研究课第二次磨课,跟岗教师何霞老师也在我校第一次磨自己的赛课课题,所有教师集思广益,提出了很多有价值的意见。

      The mathematics subject's follow-up teachers and our school's mathematics teachers participated in the second grinding session of our school's young teacher Xiao Rui's research class, and the follow-up teacher He Xia also participated in our school's first grinding session of their own competition topic. All the teachers brainstormed and put forward many valuable opinions.


      下午,各学科在李坤副校长的带领下对学科作业设计进行了经验分享。分享结束,老师们各抒己见,交流自己的所学所思所得,并对如何让作业更有情境性、趣味性、体验性、探索性、分层性、创新性展开了激烈的讨论。

      In the afternoon, under the leadership of Vice President Li Kun, various disciplines shared their experiences in designing subject assignments.After the sharing, the teachers expressed their opinions and exchanged their own learning, thoughts.


      紧接着,13位跟岗教师对自己的课堂教学进行了深度剖析,查找自身课堂教学的优缺点,跟岗老师们真切感受到了思想火花的冲击,受益匪浅。

      Subsequently, 13 on duty teachers conducted in-depth analysis of their classroom teaching, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of their own teaching. 


      在接下来的两天里,我校结对导师与25 名“巴山名师”培养对象跟岗教师将继续怀着学习的热情、热爱与热忱,对教育教学的初心、匠心与决心,继续思考、交流。

      In the next two days, they will continue to have a passion, love, and enthusiasm for learning, and will continue to think and exchange ideas about the original intention, craftsmanship, and determination of education and teaching.
