灌州·均衡｜万源市“巴山名师”培养教师赴我校跟岗培训纪实（二）Training Activities

      4月16日，万源市教育局选派的 25 名“巴山名师”培养对象在我校开启了第二天的跟岗交流学习。为确保此次跟岗培训活动的顺利进行，学校做了精心的策划和细致的部署，为跟岗教师们提供了全方位的浸润式交流学习平台。

      On April 16th, 25 "Bashan Famous Teachers" selected by the Education Bureau of Wanyuan City started their second day of on-the-job exchange and learning at our school.To ensure the smooth progress of this on-the-job training activity, the school has made careful planning and deployment, providing a comprehensive immersive communication and learning platform for on-the-job teachers.

      01 观摩课堂，品味课堂教学

      The classroom is the main battlefield of education, and it is also the core area for communication with the job. In the morning, the on duty teachers went deep into the paired teacher's classroom and listened to the class.The follow-up team highly praised the school teachers for their enlightening and student-centered classroom teaching.

      02 教学研讨，探索课堂路径

      课间，跟岗教师和我校教师就教材解读、备课、课堂教学、作业设计等方面进行交流研讨，促进了教师之间的互相成长。

      During breaks, we had discussions and exchanges with our teachers on textbook interpretation, lesson preparation, classroom teaching, homework design, and other aspects, which promoted mutual growth among teachers.

      下午，跟岗老师们认真聆听了与本次跟岗培训相关学科的专题讲座，并交流了自己的想法。

      In the afternoon, the on-the-job teachers attentively listened to a special lecture on subjects related to this on-the-job training and exchanged their ideas.

      随后，马长俊校长进行了《践行学为中心课堂·促新课程理念落地》的微论坛分享，全体老师从中受到启发，对我校的课堂理念给予了高度评价。

      Subsequently, headmaster Ma Changjun held a micro forum sharing , which inspired all teachers and gave high praise to our school's classroom philosophy.

      最后，跟岗教师分享了自己的跟岗感受与收获。跟岗老师们会把此次培训作为新契机、新动力，不忘师者责任，不忘提升，努力完善自我！

      Finally, I shared my experience and gains with the on-the-job teacher. The on-the-job teachers will take this training as a new opportunity and motivation, not forgetting the teacher's responsibility, not forgetting to improve, and striving to improve themselves!
