万源市“巴山名师”培养教师赴我校跟岗培训纪实（一）Training Activities

      为加快推进万源市教育三年提质工作，提高教师能力素养，培育一批品德高尚、业务精湛的巴山名师，经万源市教育局审定，选派25位教育教学有建树、有潜质的巴山名师培养对象赴都江堰市灌州小学参加跟岗培训。

      为保证跟岗研修培训活动的有序开展，我校从“践行教育家精神”、“聚焦教学”、“落实科研教研”以及“优化班级管理”四个板块制定培训方案，细化研修内容，制定考核方法，全力支持万源市教育局教师提质工作。

      In order to speed up the three-year quality improvement of Wanyuan's education, 25 cultivation objects of Bashan famous teachers with achievements in education and teaching and potential were selected to attend the post following training in Dujiangyan Guanzhou Primary School.

      跟岗研修的老师们在学校红领巾志愿者的带领下参观校园。The teachers who followed the training program visited the campus under the guidance of the school's Red Scarf volunteers.

      此次跟岗研修培训在学校学术厅举行了开班仪式，学校马长俊校长表示将最大程度对参加培训的教师们提供支持。教师发展中心李书主任对具体培训工作进行了安排，学校十七名校聘名师、骨干教师作为跟岗教师的导师，对跟岗教师进行全程指导，同时也对研修培训后的考核及成果展示进行了说明。

      师德师风是教师队伍的灵魂，是教育工作的根本保证。全体跟岗教师与我校教师一起参加师德师风专项教育培训，学习教育法规，践行师德师风建设要求。

       All on-the-job teachers and our school teachers participated in specialized education and training on teacher ethics and conduct, learned educational regulations, and practice the requirements of teacher ethics and conduct construction.

      在分学科教研活动中，不同学科跟岗教师积极参与各学科教研组教学研讨，观摩我校教研活动整个过程，同时也参与其中进行实操。在交流中我校教师也坦诚地为跟岗教师解决困惑，以此促进教师之间的互相成长。

      Teachers from different disciplines actively participated in teaching and research group discussions, observed the entire process of our school's teaching and research activities, and also participated in practical operations.

      在第一天的跟岗培训总结中，老师们纷纷表示受益匪浅。在新教育理念和教学方法引领下，还对我校的教育教学管理和校园文化有了更加直观的认识。同时，参训教师也对我校教师的敬业精神和专业素养表示赞赏。
